Yeah, the media will try that ? but ? they can’t hide from the pictures of those people killed, injured and with limbs missing.
The media will search for underlying causes as to their rage as to try and mitigate their atrocities. Meanwhile, non-violent Tea Party protesters will continue to be vilified and equated to terrorists.

Its odd. I just realized that, if I didn’t read it here, I’d have little idea what the “media” will do with this story.
I turned them off quite a while ago. I still read ‘about’ the media (here mostly) but I have managed to mostly fence them out of my head otherwise.
I think thats an important step. Turn them off. Find sources of information you trust and turn the others off. I notice that its mostly the new media that are really covering this story anyway.

It won't require much contortion. That blame game follows a well-worn pattern for Progressives: Conservatives created a climate of hate (you know, the Rush Limbaughs et al)with their aggressive, anti-Muslim rhetoric, driving these otherwise peaceful young men to resort to vengeful violence.
The media will blame the fact that they were not accepted by their host country well-enough, that their peers did not fully embrace them, etc. This led for them finding solace in Islam, then seeing the US killing muslims, etc.
Even though they did exactly what their religion tells them to do, the press will harp, as they always do, that Islam had nothing to do with these bombings.
Yes, they will play down the Islamic connection. But given that they are from Chechnya, they will “cleverly” remind people that the bombers are “Caucasian.”
Now the susppects philosophy in this act will be buried by the DNC press.

I was watching PSMNBC at the hospital(I don’t control the channels there)and was completely shocked that the graphics being run identified these guys as Muslims and the person being interviewed mentioned the same fact several times.

If a terrorist attack is perpetrated by a Muslim we must look to root causes and legitimate grievances and ask what we can do so as not to anger Muslims.
If a terrorist attack is perpetrated by a right-winger we must ask ourselves if the public airways can continue to be used by zealots to drum up hate against the government and ask right wing politicians and commentators to ‘tone down’ the rhetoric.
