OUTRAGEOUS: Police In Boston Trample On Constitution

The terrorist attack in Boston and ensuing events in Watertown had everyone on edge, but shocking new home video from Massachusetts show law enforcement officers trampling over the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution – which guarantees “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures… and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

A video recently uploaded to YouTube by residents whose home was searched reveal that earlier accounts of ‘voluntary searches’ were nothing more than an outright lie.

I’d be willing to bet that there were a lot of incidents that day which didn’t get recorded on video.

They didn’t just cross the Rubican with this one. They built a 6 lane causeway across it for easy access in the future. I don’t give a shit how “professional” some of these neighborhood lockdowns and house to house searches went. This is coming to a neighborhood near all of us very soon.

Seriously!? This is what has people's panties in a wad??

How about the TSA? The TSA has been violating the 4th Amendment since their inception and NO ONE has complained about it, we just meekly subject ourselves to whatever crap they make up so that we won't miss our flight!

We might want to reconsider our selective outrage!

Hanover Jews Evicted from Homes by Nazis; Possessions Confiscated

ZURICH, Sep. 8 (JTA) –
Hundreds of Jews in Hanover have received notice to evacuate their homes within twenty-four hours, it is reported today from Berlin. They will be permitted to take with them only the most necessary objects the report states, while the remainder will be sold and the proceeds turned over to then at a “given time.”

The Mayor of Hanover issued a statement saying that “in order to relieve the distressed situation caused by the war I see myself compelled to immediately narrow down the space available to Jews in this city. I, therefore, demand that you quit your abode immediately,” It is reported that one of the places assigned to the evicted Jews is the mortuary hall of a local Jewish cemetery.

Other reasons given for the action were: the fact that “Jewry of other countries has forced this war upon Germany; and a book written by “The Jew Kaufmann in New York.” (It is thought that the Nazis must be referring to “Germany Must Perish” written by Theodore Kaufman.)

Alright. The video shown to me by jt2 makes it clear that this was a complete Constitutional trampling on a systemic level. I gotta tell ya, if I was in the midst of this, I would make a constitutional scene, guns pointed at me or not.

NO YOU MAY NOT ENTER. DO YOU HAVE A WARRANT. My lawyer would be on the phone.

Is there any evidence

any documentation

any proof

anywhere

that during the Watertown search legally owned firearms were seized or confiscated from anyone?

Was anyone arrested anywhere in Watertown for armed defense of their residence?

The irony is that the suspect wasn’t apprehended until the lock-down was lifted and people were actually able to go out of their homes and observe their own property. The 9,000 pairs of jackboots did nothing to track this guy down and in fact delayed his apprehension. An armed citizenry wouldn’t have cowered in their homes while the police played Rambo.

In that case, local and state government gave the police officers involved a pass:

They almost always do.

the Police at the door with a shotgun?"

Or something a bit more serious like a M-60 or a rebuilt MG-41

I remember seeing those thugs ruffing an elderly woman and taking her gun and how upset she was. I felt sorrier for her than the thieving, raping, murdering people the cops should have been disarming.

There was a lot of law enforcement present and only one terrorist, they all can’t make the collar. While pinning John Q. Public to the floor in his foyer is a distant second -they’ll take it.

I can’t believe the guy holding his little daughter saying “yea it’s scary having a bunch of guns pointed at me holding my daughter but they’re just doing their job”. OMG!

At least the Occifer in the photo has his index finger off the trigger while the innocent until proven guilty homeowner is perpwalked from her residence.

I wouldn’t live in a major city on a bet.

Residents cheer capture of Marathon bombing suspect

Were they cheering LE for capturing the perp or were they cheering because LE were now leaving their neighborhood so things would return to normal or a combination of both.

I’ve seen thread after thread railing against the TSA’s shenanigans on FR. Anyway, people at least have the option of driving to at least some destinations, as opposed to being poked and prodded by overweight rent-a-cops.

We do not have the easy luxury of avoiding such impositions on our Constitutional rights in our own homes.

This whole thing is disturbing on so many levels especially when you realize that the odds of him entering any of the occupied homes was virtually nil and if they had set up a perimeter with those teams and begun a systematic search of everything OUTSIDE of those residences instead of entering and occupying homes they would more than likely have found him in short order. But instead they are going everywhere where he was not likely to be — and for what reason.

When government is treatened, government will excuse far more egregious behavior than it would ever tolerate from those citizens within its jurisdiction.

Proof of this is the FBI response to the Waco Massacre. Key pieces of evidence "disappeared", including a 400-lbs metal front door, which proved nearly all the rounds fired came from the ATF. The Clinton Administration perpetrated the act, but a Republican Congress whitewashed the deed.
