Did you ever watch “Double Divas” on tv? Forget what channel. Two friends own a lingerie shop near Atlanta. If bras were too small for a customer, one would just make one for the customer. They seemed to be super nice ladies. I think the shop was Livie-Rae or something like that.

LOL! Well, something like that is definitely made of nylon ripstop and paracord, at least...

Largely a question of basic physics, with a little structural engineering tossed in - you will have to review your vector math, however:

Wasn’t it VS that had the wall of boobs for men to use to figure out the size needed? They would use the boobs to figure out which size felt right.

How many breakups have been caused when the guy decided that his girlfriend's/wife's size didn't feel right?

There was a trend in Britain for exhibiting ladies with cleverly made, impossibly large strap-on plastic breasts. They had several “actresses” that carried on this gimmick (no pun intended). The names were so silly I still recall them: “Tina Small”, “Zelda Zeppelins”, “Zena Fulsom” and “Mandy Mountjoy”. I think there were others.

A guy must be ‘under’employed to be working at a Victoria’s Secret.

Either that, or he has his hands full.

At my local bar, there’s a woman who’s probably a 42DD or some such thing, and I recently heard her say, “My husband isn’t a breast guy.” And I’m thinking, “Yeah, right.”

I would wager less than 25% of the ladies have been properly FITTED for a bra. A lot of girls think they are a D and they are barely a C. It is very important for a ladies comfort and physical well being to be properly fitted. Trust me on this one.

I used to work with a guy that sold girdles and bras to department store chains back in the 80’s.

"I can’t find a picture but there was a contestant on the UK version of Big Brother named Lea Michaels who was a size 30 M and I believe the largest at one time in Britain.

I,was working in London then and saw her on TV. OMG doesn’t describe it."

Further proof that it is possible to have too much of a good thing. Once boobs get beyond a certain size they can just become kind of embarrassing for the woman, and often a cause of back pain etc.

Yes, gentleman, bras can go up to an “M” cup. The straps and the back are designed to add support.

I’d like to go in to a Victoria’s Secret and ask some young sweetie if they sell back bras for women too.

Not to cause any pandemonium here, but there are bras with cups bigger than the D.

I noticed that cantaloupes were not mentioned ;-)

I always found it funny that on the old Beverly Hillbillies series, Sharon Tate’s character was named Janet Tricot.

Even at a young age, thanks to endless commercials I knew that Tricot was a cotton material used in Cross Your Heart bras. And Sharon Tate was nicely endowed.

So what did they say when they caught you in the stocking section trying to refurbish your minnow net?

I’m a breast guy and I happily admit it when people meet my wife. The response is usually, “we can tell!”

That’s because British women are more likely to get properly fitted. Victoria’s Secret has made a fortune convincing American women they are all 34/As, 36/Bs, 38/Cs when in reality they are three to four inches in band size smaller, which conversely increases the cup size. If VS actually had to provide the range of sizes to properly fit the population they’re profit margins would plummet.

When I was younger I went with a girl, a woman I’m told, who had huge memory glands and at 19 she didn’t like wearing a bra, probably because she liked the attention. Sumptin ‘bout a 19 year old with size D cups fillers in a halter top and daisy mays, viewed from the bow or the stern.

An old boss of mine joked when things got slow at our company that he was thinking of shutting it down. “I’m thinking I’ll go work at the sporting goods store fitting women for hip waders.”

I and couple of my collegues in a medical device engineering department used to talk about quitting and opening up a leg shaving and Brazilian wax studio, and next door, a tattoo removal studio for females.
