Daily Kos, Democratic Underground Blast "Sociopathic," "Evil" Obama
Pundit Press ^ | 6/24/13 | Aurelius

To say that the Daily Kos, Democratic Underground, and other progressive sites have carried the water for Obama since he emerged on the national stage is a drastic understatement. They've covered up lies, downplayed scandals, accused Republicans of everything from rape to murder, and through it all declared Barack Obama as one of their greatest heroes.

It takes a lot to turn the opinions of blinded sheep like these. And while they have yet to awaken to who the President really is, the NSA scandal and the government's stance on Edward Snowden has started to make them hate the man they once considered "the chosen one."

A mere month ago threads such as, "Obama Masterfully Uses Code Pink Heckler To Make His Case That GITMO Must Be Closed" were the norm on Democratic Underground. Responses such as, "Have you had a chance to to watch the speech in full, it was excellent" made up the comment sections...

Now, threads like "The real problem Snowden revealed, and why Obama is especially dangerous" have DUers in a tizzy, angrily trying to bash Obama in the worst ways possible.

One user writes:

Early on I suspected obama was not what he seemed I posted my thoughts and got mightily chewed out..My question is being a constituonal scholar you know he knows how to get around it. I knew he was no real dem, however I kept that to myself. But to see how evil he is in subverting the constitution this way it's obvious he has no consoience. He is a ****ing corporate sociopath. He might as well be worshipping leo strauss with the rest of them.

Hey KosKiddies and DUmmies, you knew what he was from day one.

I don't think they did. They just stuck their head in the sand, and accused anyone that opposed Obama to be racist -- hoping that would end the argument.

Now, they are finally realizing what we were trying to tell them all along: Obama is nothing but a thug from Chicago. He has tried to sanitize his history to build another narrative, but there are so many holes in his alias that only a blind person couldn't see it.

Sorry, folks. Don't come crying to me that you didn't know. You didn't want to know.

Obama is an albatross around YOUR neck. And once he finally gets out of office and the floodgates open because people are no longer scared of him and his gang, you are going to find out that Richard Nixon was a choir boy compared to Obama.

And frankly, I hope it destroys the left-wing of your party.

You know, that is a very good point. When Darth Cheney went public to defend Obama, moonbat brains the world over wd collectively have exploded. If there is one person they hate more than Bush it wd have to be Cheney. Talk about the kiss of death. & what must Obama have felt when he heard Cheney was backing him up? It wd be like Michael Moore, or perhaps Al Sharpton, giving a big attaboy to a Republican. Some endorsements pols can do without.

These people are irrational, so.... Whatever.

Best to just go around them.

Their problem with Obama is that he is not far enough to the left.

You know, I used to think that was the case, but more and more I'm thinking the Left is coming to the realization that Obama's paranoia, fakery, tendency toward tyranny and increasing mental and verbal clumsiness is hurting both the Democrat and Liberal "brands."

Even with the mainstream media propping him up, the Left has to be scared that this guy could blow their entire gig.

What does that tell us about Snowden?

That the whistle blower is not the issue. The spying by the outlaw US government is the issue.

I’d question if they are even useful in the first place.

Disillusionment is a bitter pill for those who have a childlike faith in the infallibility of "great" men and women. Nobody is perfect, and Obama had a tough act to follow living up to the buildup of 2008.

It should go without saying that conservatives also suffer from this disillusionment from time to time.

. . . [Obama] being a constituonal [sic] scholar . . . .

Obama is NOT a constitutional scholar. He was a lecturer in constitutional. It's like being a high school biology teacher. Except most high school biology teachers have a brain and know what they're doing. Obama is like a Nazi lawyer who beat settled law into backing Nationalist Socialistic thought, policy and polity.

“Now that these liberal sites are blasting the President, does this make them all racist? Applying the logic they so often used on conservatives, the answer is yes.”

Do you really think this “outrage” is going to last more than 10 minutes?

Maybe they are beginning to realize what eluded the jack boot lickers who supported the Patriot act and other expansions of government power in the “war on terror” and other such big brother stuff: Someday the *other* side is going to have the white house and everyhing you think the government should be able to do under a president you LIKE it will be able to do under a president you loath.

When the right gets power back the lesson cannot be ignored: the NSA, FBI and CIA and IRS are far more of a danger than any mere group of terrorists could ever be.

That the whistle blower is not the issue.

Is he a whistleblower? I doubt it more and more every day.

The spying by the outlaw US government is the issue.

If he weren't dead, the same words could be put directly in Chavez's mouth.

They could be put in Castro's mouth, Kim Jong-Un's mouth or Ahmadinejad's mouth as well.

It's just possible that Snowden is not what he claims to be.

WE TOLD YOU FROM THE START!

It wasn’t just because he was a Democrat, although we hold disdain for most of them. It was because we were not wrapped up in elation and saw the evil in him.

My daughter was 12 at the time and she was watching the news one time and she said “Mama, he makes my stomach hurt.”

I agreed.

If some of 0bama’s media buddies turn on him, watch for more scandals to surface.. Possibly even his eligibility/birth status. There is a lot that is being withheld from the people that could easily become known.
