Did the check say “final” or “settlement”? Maybe it’s just a first payment???

Okay, no dice...my friend doesn’t have any Prescott contacts. She’s a banker and has experience in helping; she recommended the Senior Center there in Prescott as a starting point for finding someone reputable to help you navigate the tasks ahead.
Aha! In this jumbled mess I never thought of that. Don’t ask cuz I don’t use it...but I even know where it’s at. :)
