No, it's not a new one, it is pretty much the same theory that Sven has been suggesting for the last couple of years.
I personally find it entirely plausible, it explains everything in a reasonable manner and it ties up all the peculiar loose ends. I am convinced that Obama WAS adopted under Indonesian law, and there are some clues that he was also adopted under Hawaiian law.
As for evidence? Other than circumstantial evidence, it's probably not available.

If you read some of the threads - even recent ones - about the birth certificate he presented, it’s clear that there are so many flaws - the entire thing is bogus - that the only conclusion is that nothing on it is accurate. A recent thread about Zullo explains that no hospital in HI has any record of his birth. There is no evidence that his purported mother was in HI until 1963, no photos or witnesses of her with the Kenyan 0bama until 1971 when he came to HI for a short while; nor of her pregnant until she had Maya years later.
His entire purported life is a myth, made up by Bill Ayers to give him a suitable “life” so he could run for president.
Neither the date, the place, the mother, the father or the name on the forged birth certificate is supported by any evidence.
I hypothesize that the original simply has no father’s name, and that it likely says “Male, Dunham” or “Baby Boy Dunham” for his name.
Your hypothesis is not supported by any evidence. If there was only one or two items that they had to change, the entire thing would not have had to be fabricated the way it was. No need for layers, the name of Stanley Ann part this and part that (cobbled together from different places), and so on. All they would have needed to do was take his real b.c. and change one or two little things. But that is not the way it was made. Nor would there have been a need for all the criminal acts by the Dept of Health in HI, which is a Russian novel on its own, researched by butterdezillion especially.

Any simpleton can understand that his b.c. is entirely forged. If there was only one or two things they had to changed, it would not need to have been manufactured the way it was. Any simpleton could understand the level of crime if they understood that there is not a shred of evidence that even one item on the forgery is accurate.

If Obama had been born in Hawaii don’t you think someone would have remembered seeing Stanley Ann pregnant, giving birth, or walking around with a mixed race baby?
It’s kinds of like Obama at Columbia. Nobody remembers ever seeing him in any class there. He just had a reunion. He didn’t show up. He didn’t send a message. Nothing. And nobody remembers ever seeing him years ago.

Recent thread about Zullo and the Cold Case Posse states that Zullo determined that he was not born at either Queens or Kapiolani hospital. And Zullo has also stated that there is no evidence that Stanley Ann is his mother.

About 10 years ago I use to drive a taxi in New York city and would drive all the news people, I mean ALL of them....NBC, ABC, CBS, AP, NY Times, Daily news, Ny Post and ALLLLLLLLLL of them were massive massive libs. ALL of them. I was what was known as a blabbermouth taxi driver, I would talk to everybody as soon as they got in my cab, and when I found out someone worked for the press I went right to politics and it was just mind blowing how far left these pukes are. Even the NY Post which was considered more middle of the road. Never drove anyone to FOX though for some reason, maybe they get paid more. Almost drove Ann Coulter but a cab got to her before me. That took me a week to get over ha ha.
