At a town hall forum in her district on Monday that was sponsored by a local tea party group, Roby was asked by an attendee what she would do to counter the supposed abuses of President Barack Obama, whom the man described as ineligible for office, a communist, and a tyrant. Here's how the fellow put it: "What I need from you is to know what you can do, you and your fellow non-communist colleagues in the lower House, what you can do to stop these communist tyrannical executive orders laid down by this foreign-born, America-hating communist despot?"
After the room erupted in laughter and supportive applause, Roby responded with a smile: "Thank you for your question—he said it loud enough that you all heard it." Roby did not push back on the questioner's claims. Instead, she validated his fears. "Look I can't emphasize the oversight part of my job enough," she said. "And I think that that gets lost in what we do every day, because that's exactly what we're doing—we're chasing down these executive orders, we're chasing down these rules that are promulgated, that are backdoor legislation, whether it's the EPA, the IRS, go down the list."

It can't be. Even when you opens and execute the pdf file with your browser to the White House hyperlink, you can see the actual rectangular white spaces that were cut out in the base document get pasted or copied as the consecutive image layers are added to render the full image. All 100% fake.

“Zoom in on the signatures. Notice how the parts that stay on the green background are touching one of the horizontal lines that form the border of box 18a. Those parts of the signatures and also the letters from the box 18a label were treated as an image, separated to the image layer and compressed as an image, while the rest of the signatures were treated as text and compressed as text.
After all the Preview metadata is written all over the document, it saves in PDF 1.3 format.

So would I, since simply asking for a BC is not enough for the normal people. Normal people have to tell all the critical information that is on the BC they’re asking for; the HDOH won’t give a BC without somebody first filling out an application which includes all that data - supposedly to make sure they’ve got the right one. If the lawyers included that form in the request then they didn’t disclose the entire request and there may well have been other “instructions”.
Interesting, too, that the gal videotaped ordering a long-form BC and being told she’d get it in 2 weeks didn’t have any lawyers with her and nothing was said about taking it to the director to have it individually approved...
Trouble is...

when asked point-blank to verify the facts as true, state registrar Alvin Onaka would not. He is the only one authorized to verify anything and must verify submitted facts if he can.
this contradicts her earlier statement that Obama’s records were treated no differently than anybody else’s.
Abercrombie had a month-long “investigation” to try to find Obama’s BC and claimed in public that something was “actually written down” but that it was going to cause a problem with Obama’s re-election efforts; when his friend probed him over that bizarre statement Abercrombie told him privately that the investigation had even gone to the hospitals and could find nothing that would prove a Hawaii birth. Abercrombie also shared that he had NOT seen Obama in Hawaii unti T-ball age - contradicting his very public statements that he was there when Obama was born and saw him with his parents at social events with the infant.
Even if those steps would create these digital results - and I strongly question whether they would be able to make only the certifying elements moveable, for instance - why would anybody take those steps? Why not just scan the document as-is, saving it as a jpeg, and then upload that jpeg to a website? And then why not let people handle the real 3D document on video so everybody can see?
And it’s not just digital anomalies that are a problem. For instance, a computer program does not center all the supposedly-manually-typed items.
A computer program does not change the cross-hatch pattern to one that the HDOH doesn’t use.
A computer program does not combine methods from 2 different eras, as bluecat6 mentioned.
And a computer program would not be able to get the HI state registrar to refuse to verify for Ken Bennett the actual facts of Obama’s birth, which is legally required of him if the White House BC is a scan of the actual document at the HDOH.
But I’m wondering if the folks at Fogbow have or have been fed some insider information from those who desperately need some kind of explanation for how the White House image is even plausible...
