You need to understand how the forum displays before you complain.
If you post an article and it becomes a thread it will be at the top of the Articles page until another is posted and then it moves down. So if you have your preferences set to 20 to display 20 articles it shows the most recent 20.
Likewise if you are on the Comments page your screen will show the 20 most recent posts to the categories of article you have your preferences set to follow. If no one posts to your article for a while it moves down and off that page due to its time stamp.
Now just posting over and over to your own thread to make it display is bad form. Complaining about how the forum works when you haven’t taken the trouble to understand it is also bad form. Jim does not rate or move articles manually except to get rid of duplicates or inappropriate articles.
Say you are sorry and buck up buttercup.
In addition add a pithy comment when you post your article and people will reply to you and it will show up in your pings.

Nope - it IS a significant problem: On the “Can FR be saved” thread, I offered @250.00 (additional to the regular monthly donatino) for the following change: that WILL solve this particular user’s com[plaint, and make FR easier and more responsive with hundreds fewer duplicate threads every month.
Now, the “Articles” Index tab under your Freepathon banner lists every thread in the order they were submitted, and lists each thread ONLY ONCE.
Now, the “Activity” Index tab responses with “Your query returned no results.” This failure message is recurring for the last 4-1/2 years.
Now, the “Comments” Index tab lists the most recent 100 replies, but if a thread has been answered 2, three, or three dozen times, the thread is repeated every time. As a result, ONLY ten or eleven threads are shown on the “Front Page” with recent actitivy! .... Everything else - including threads answered only 10 or 15 minutes prior, are “invisible”
So, the “query” for “Activity” Index needs to copy the “find latest replies by date-time stamp” THEN process that through a one line “unique” filter just like the Articles index query does: “Has this thread already been listed in this query?”
If yes, go to next date-time-stamp.
If no, list that thread and that reply.
Search for next date-time stamp.
