The house would impeach him but like WJC the Senate would not remove him. That’s why it so important to get R in the senate.

That does not mean Bill Clinton could have murdered someone on live TV and no one would have arrested him. The idea the Pres is the one American above the law is silly. On paper at least.
You are right but for various reasons (one being the elevation of Gore to the presidency) the senate chose not to punish him. Instead the bought John Edwards meme everybody lies about sex. That certainly proves true in his case!
