Easy answer, to minimize the anger towards the Rat Party until after the elections.

The purpose of ObamaCare is to destroy small business and implode the economy.
The longer Obama delays implementation, the more the threat of it’s mandates wipes out businesses and employees who will then have to become dependent on welfare for subsistence.
Once it’s mandates kick in full - the endgame will be reached and the call for Single Payer will be the only option able to ‘fix’ the consequences of what ObamaCare itself achieved.
They create the problem in order to implement a solution that they could not impose on an initial outing.
Create enough misery and people will accept whatever tyranny you offer them in exchange for a promise of provision.
A man will sell his birthright for a bowl of soup when hungry enough.
A nation of hungry people will do no less.

Because he can and without concern of being stopped or getting impeached for his lawlessness. Not only is obozo the first black president (fraud) but apparently he has been crowned by congress to be the first (black) king of the US.

Another question: If the Republicans in the HOR think Obamacare is so bad, why did they pass budgets which subsidize it?

The RepubliCRATS need to force him to implement it in it`s originally passed form. The useful idiots wanted it, then they get it, and we`ll all see just how f-ed up this crap sandwich is.
