The braniacs at NASA will be perfectly happy to inform you that it was actually one of the warmest Marches in history, despite what your outdoor thermometer, your eyes, and your other senses told you.
They will be happy to explain how “measurements” are not “science” and “weather” is not “climate.”

October-March is my least favorite season. Maybe I’d like it better if it had a catchier name.

17 and falling in SE Wisconsin. We got an inch of snow last night. My utility bills at home and at the plant are out of sight.

Forecasts here are for slightly above record lows.
If it's going to be cold, I'm all for breaking the record...

We've had 119 days below 32 degrees in Illinois during the winter. That's a record.
While I don't remember the count, local weathermen reported that we've also broke the record for the number of days that started out below 0 degrees.
We've also averaged 15-22 degrees below the normal daily temp through the winter. With rare exception, were at or slightly above historical daily averages.
We've also had the 3rd snowiest winter on record, receiving just about 82 inches of snow. Normally we get about 30.
Lake Michigan froze 97% -- that's never happened before. The rest of the great lakes were reported 100% frozen over.
The frost line here in NorthEast Illinois reached all the way down to just over 30 inches this year. Normally the frost line gets to about 8 inches.
We broke (shattered) alot of records this year. The first idiot who blames global warming is going to get a punch right in their fool mouth.

17 and falling in SE Wisconsin. At 22 here in N.E. Illinois, about 30 miles SW of Chicago.
This winter's been brutal. I slipped on ice Feb 22nd and broke my elbow. Got the cast off yesterday and struggling to get my arm moving again.
This winter weather b.s. can't go away fast enough for me!

Here is a webcam outside Gaylord, MI a few miles from my cottage.

Gaylord is still setting records after the coldest winter ever recorded.

I gave up watching the forecast. Everyday it's "oh look, it's freaking cold, again."
I'll take a shovel full of global warming any day now (I'm looking at you, Algore)...
