eet one of Washington DC's most arrogant and, until May 10, 2013, most politically-invisible people in the Obama Administration—Lois G. Lerner. Lerner is generally, although mistakenly, viewed by the media as an apolitical, albeit leftwing, bureaucrat with no political axes to grind.
The branding of Lerner was accomplished by Larry M. Noble (who retired from government service at the end of Clinton's reign. From 1979 until the end of 2000, Noble served as counsel of the Federal Election Commission [FEC].
This is Lois Lerner. A very complex, rabid leftwing activist who, since 1986, has been able to wear one of the largest leftwing pairs of hobnail boots in the government bureaucracy simply because Noble convinced the right that Lerner was apolitical—and his signature camouflaged her edicts. When you're the invisible enemy of the right, stealth is power.
Lerner's husband, Michael Miles, who sits on Sutherland's Executive Committee, headed up the company's "get-out-and-vote" effort for Obama, organizing meetings at its Atlanta office in both 2008 and 2012. They screened and hired Obama's voter registration workers. Lerner, the "apolitical" wife of Michael Miles, may not have worked on the Obama "get-out-and-vote," but she benefited handsomely from the effort.
Obama trusted Lerner to file the 501(c)3 papers on Abon'go Malik Obama's make-believe tax exempt charity. The Barack H. Obama Foundation (named, Obama's brother said, for their father) is a shady charity linked to top Sudanese officials including Sudan's president, Omar Al-Bashir and Sudanese Field Marshall Suar Al-Dahab. The purpose of Malik Obama's foundation, which is linked to the Islamic Da'wa Organization, is to spread Wahabbism across the African continent.
Not only did Lerner approve it, and not only did she do it in less than 30 days, she made it retroactive to Malik Obama's filing date

Lerner is the face of the Obama’s political appointees...leftist ideologues with rabid hatred of average Americans. These liberal elites think average Americans are ignorant peons who must be dragged to the correct leftist point of view.

I learned about Lois Lerner types by reading Robert Conquest’s Harvest of Sorrow. These Stalinists in our federal government are just a couple of Executive Orders away from completing the “fundamental changing” of America.
What is the Statute of Limitations applicable to prosecution of Lerner under the statute Trey Gowdy referenced? A republican appointed AG needs to prosecute her to the fullest extent. The Country desperately needs the disinfectant of the light of day on Lerner and her political weaponizing of Executive Authority. Of course, there is always the prospect that Obama is SO CORRUPT, he will pardon her.
