With the Uniparty rearing its ugly head in Kansas its emergence can’t be denied

The members of the Uniparty, both Democrat and Republican, no longer feel it is necessary to pretend there are two political Parties in our country. They have no qualms about acknowledging the truth: There is only one Party, the Uniparty which is aligned against us, the American people. The Uniparty continually works against us in its effort to rule every aspect of our lives. New evidence of how pervasive the Uniparty is has just come from the plains of Kansas.

If “Fly over country” had a capital state it would probably be Kansas. The Sunflower State has been among the most reliable Republican states for many years. Now even Kansas has fallen prey to the clutches of the growing Uniparty as it consolidates its power across our nation.

Next November Kansas will re-elect conservative Republican Governor Sam Brownback or elect Democrat challenger Paul Davis.

Davis has just announced he has been endorsed by a group calling itself Kansas Values comprised of over 100 Republicans. This sounds impressive as a boost to Davis but it won’t be much help in November. Not surprisingly the Kansas Republican wing of the Uniparty rejects Brownback’s cuts in personal income tax rates and conservatism as a dangerous “experiment.” As loyal Unipartiests, they use the...

Uni-party is the people in government and the people who have government contracts. Lots of republicans are in that party.

See my tag line. The two party system has been a ruse for the past 100+ years and it’s taken this long for people to figure it out.

The so-called "elected GOP" that have endorsed Dem. Paul Davis, are the embittered RINOs we swept from office in the last two elections and the others are some former school board members who never met a tax hike they couldn't support.

These folk have their panties in a wad because Brownback and the conservatives in the legislature have cut taxes and hope to make Kansas an income tax free state!

This is not about a "uniparty" but a fight about money and taxes, who does the money belong to, the people who earn it or the corrupt teacher's union leaders, government employees, and lawyers who want, no demand it! They are not about to sit still and allow Kansas to be run by pro-life, pro-family conservatives!

It's also about abortion, these "GOP leaders" all supported and were supported by George Tiller and Planned Parenthood!

This is also about Missouri (pro-union) and Kansas (right-to-work) and Missouri, especially Kansas City, losing businesses to Kansas, and ultimately all the way back to the Civil War with Missouri and Democrats support of slavery and Kansas liberals claiming they are in the GOP but taxing, spending and voting just like liberal Democrats!

If he answered that question, it would break from his tradition of never responding to the threads he posts from this blog.

There are some differences between the two parties but they are pretty much the same. As Mark Steyn said, they are basically the same when it comes to the real important issues.

Voting Republican is not going to get us the type of government we want. We didn’t get it when Bush was in power and we are even less likely to get it now or especially in the future.

Democrat Party: driving over the cliff in 4th gear at 90 MPH
Republican Party: driving over the cliff in 3rd gear at 55 MPH to save gas.

Coach is wrong, as usual. There is no Uniparty in Kansas. There is, however, a long tradition of defeated Republicans turning RAT and claiming the Republican party is too conservative for them. They are just traitors looking for attention. This happens every election, and the leftie newspapers give it a lot of play, pretending it’s a big deal which will help the RATS.

The same thing happened in Isreal. Eventually it went away and BB got elected. Kadema Party was its name as I recall.

Here is a list of the turncoats or Democrat liberals in Republican's clothing. I have one on there that I will let my friends know we need to target and remove.

FWIW, I’ve become just as much despised to big government statist republicans as I have to big government statist democrats. These delusional people think that a big government run by them is the answer to all our problems when in fact, they and what they believe are the problems with what ails America and the 17 trillion dollar hole they have been complicit in helping to dig. The endless tax and spend menatality of these people needs to stop before it ruins this country completely.

I hope the Kansas Freepers on here, see anyone on that list still serviing and work to rid the state of these delusional people.

My neighbor knows at least one of the men on the list personally, and that man voted for Obama. The man is some sort of former county level Chairperson. Not a very republican thing to do.

Yes, I, too, know some of those on the list and any number of them have gone over on the dark side - more than once.

A few of these characters have had their panties in a wad more than once throughout the past few years, so much so that every time some issue near and dear to conservatives gets attention or even passed, various RINO GOP "leaders" go running to the media demanding to turn left or they endorse Democrats.

They detest Kris Kobach and all things proof of voter ID but especially, they loath his involvement in writing laws to protect Americans from invasion of illegal aliens from our Southern border; then they've come to despise Sam Brownback, especially as to his identification with ridding Kansans from reporting and paying income tax.

The government employees, teachers, heavy construction (roads, bridges, etc.) real estate mogels and everyone desiring to line their pockets from the taxpayers, one and all are eager to rid themselves from Brownback and other conservatives.

Lastly, these whiney RINOs all claim to be fiscal conservatives, despising pro-lifers and pro-family supporters, yet will go to the mat over giving back or allowing one thin dime back in the pocket of the taxpayer!
