Thank you all so much for indulging in my own personal edification. I’ve been here at FR for many years and I felt I was becoming jaded. I even took a couple months hiatus and went out into the online world and started trying to become aware of different opinions and defend my beliefs with commenters on forums like many of the MSM use (Disqus, for example).
What I saw there was both heartening and disheartening, and I did learn one thing. There is a plethora of wholly uneducated and hateful ideologues out there daily spewing their invective in the ether.
I first thought that I’d gather up myself a ‘control’ group and ask a very simple question - the one I posed to you all - “What book.....”
I got my control group answer in under an hour - I initially thought a couple of hours but it became patently obvious after a short while. NOT ONE ANSWER CONTAINED the words “The Bible.” It speaks VOLUMES.
I am going to foray back out into that uncontrolled world of mindless idiocy and actively confront them. I’ve already seen when the Soros Basement Dwellers are confronted with logic, they resort to epithets that everyone can see. I’m hoping at one point to pose this one question to all of them and see what’s what.
