I say drag them back and handcuff them to him during the elections.

Quasimodo at least provided a service in ringing the Church bell.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but if I understand your drift, that should be BI-ANNUAL....every other year, not twice a year.

They run from Reid and Obola now, but if they keep a majority in the senate, they will shine his shoes and vote for the same crap anyway.

Biannual is twice a year. Biennial is once every two years.

You are, of course, correct.

And I even sat here and THOUGHT about whether it should be “semi-” or “bi-”...

Brain, you have let me down gain!

And the term I used, semi-annual, is clearly incorrect.

Interestingly (and confusingly), bimonthly means either twice a month OR once every two months.

Yes, semi-annual is synonymous with biannual. Both mean twice a year.

Bi-weekly is the same, means both twice a month and once every two months. You’d think they could find a less confusing system. Whoever “they” are...

I misspelled the word. I meant Biennial but had a brain fart. But the word for twice a year IS bi-annual....or the two choices may be fielder’s choice. I mislaid my Funk & Wagnall’s and can’t look it up. ;oD
