I had the similar situation with Dan Maffei (D-NY24). His office helped solve a seemingly intractable problem my medical practice had with Medicare. They were very responsive and good to work with. I kind of felt bad about voting for his opponent John Katko, who won the race.
The Democrat WAR ON WOMEN continues.
I’m glad they took care of your individual issues. Do not feel bad for them if they lose their elections. That is their job regardless if they are on opposite sides of the political spectrum from any one of their constituents....
Today on Todd Schmidt Show, Todd was talking to Cigar Dave (a radio host who talks about cigars, liquors and politics who’s from Tampa). Cigar Dave said DWS was at Tampa International and she looked tired...(and ugly).

"Constituent services" is a big thing for Dem congress critters on the left coast. People go to them with all kinds of issues, getting Social Security or disability applications un-stuck, getting records errors fixed, and so forth. I suppose somewhere inside the machine there is an office of fixers that go to the agencies and grease the skids for particular cases.
People shouldn't have to do that, federal agencies could just do their jobs by default, but ain't how it works I guess.
