SHTF Plan ^ | 12/12/14 | Mac Slavo

Georgia Virgili was one of the hundreds of thousands in the Bay Area who lost most of the conveniences of modern life.

“I didn’t have power,” Virgili said. “I couldn’t get my car out of the garage, I have no food, I have no cash, so I’m trying to forage for something.” (CBS)

People who say that haven’t read the FEMA site. Even it states to be prepared to be completely on your own for a minimum of three days.

In the country, you'll have time as you watch the city burns.

This is true. And if you live outside the city a good ways, you should be "landscaping"(<-- read as routing) to present paths that are easier than others; the "toe tappers" are more effective that way and the landscaping can hang perp's up for easy shots.

“I thought we were going to watch tv all day, but now the power’s out,” Beth Ludwig said. Her mom added that the kids had never experienced a power outage before.

Hahahahahahahaha, that's funny. Sad, but funny. And someone else who found out his electric garage door wouldn't work. About 25 years ago, I had a court case and people had flown in at their own expense from out of state. The caseworker called to say she couldn't get her garage door to open so couldn't make it. WTH? Pull the string, you idiot or call a taxi. I won't repeat what the judge said when it had to be postponed. Our power, cable and internet was out for a few hours this week. That also meant no water so no potty. I was ticked at the inconvenience but I wasn't immediately forced to forage and cry for FEMA to deliver food and clothing. As if FEMA would ever find their way out here. Geez, like those unprepared people couldn't do with one or two missed meals.

I’ve quit all boards but FR. The others had too much, “ooooh, I’d rather die than prep.” Really? Then who would take care of your children? If you can’t prep for yourself, do so for your loved ones. Every article talks about people dying due to food shortages during SHTF times. They never talk about people who will kill their families because they can’t deal with not being able to play on their i-pads all day.

Just kike Katrina fools in New Orleans.

Never will forget that woman on the bridge who hollered at the news crew for offering her a water bottle that wasn't properly chilled to her satisfaction.

Besides, no black folks were harmed; and who cares about Whitey and their troubles these days?

He'll chaulk it up to payback for Katrina. Remember, he said said white leaders didn't care about the blacks in NO so caused the delay in aid.

We had a huge flood here a few years ago. People were waking up with water in their homes. The tv news had been warning for 3 days so it shouldn't have been a surprise, but it was to many. Even our LEOs refused to call for evacuations and the river authorities refused to believe the levels I tried reporting to them. At our next HOA meeting (I know, but it only lived a short time) even the older folk couldn't understand how I'd known to warn the neighbors and for those not home brought their outside stuff up to higher ground. Like, DUUUUH, look at the dark clouds! Helloooo, up river was flooding so which way is the water going to flow, huh? It rose 20+ feet and someone’s kitchen cabinets came to rest on our deck. It's the same mentality as the recent “Hands Up” bs and not seeing the truth staring you in the face. In all seriousness, these people have some sort of mental illness or deficiency that prevents them from facing the truth and accepting facts. They live in their own little fantasy world because they don't want to live in the real world. Whatever their disease is, it's spreading rapidly.

Even their “normal” isn’t based on reality.

You are official Eric, if Hayden Fry swore you in. We take our football heroes seriously !! I’m not clear on this but I think any Texan in good standing can start the paper work.
As long as you haven’t bad mouthed Wattaburger, big hair, and complained too frequently about the traffic cones placed in strategic locations around Dallas/Ft. Worth then you’re OK

In Iowa, we loved Hayden Fry. Iowa Hawkeye fans came out of the woodwork shortly after he arrived at Iowa. Suddenly, we were “Hook em Hawks.”

The U of I football field is named for him.

No kidding...about a year ago my dumb arse Obamabot neighbor stopped me in the driveway all panicky...”my key fob doesn’t work...do you how might be able to get into the car? I thought about just breaking a window.”

I grabbed the keys from him, inserted the actual key in the door, and unlocked it. True story.
