Cool hwip. That’s mighty hwite of him, haha.

So imitating or noticing any regional accent is microaggression? I guess a lot of silly jokes are now off limits.

As I recall, anything now described as micro aggression used to be described as “no big deal.”

I did not know that. The local stations here play the entire song.

When Civilization finally collapses under the weight of our current, unsustainable system and we enter the new Dark Ages, these kids will be out trying to find food and shelter, and defend themselves from real aggression, and all this nonsense would go away.

I had to put up with getting mocked for trivial things like how I dressed or talked since kindergarten.
Then I learned to ignore the bullies.
How come this guy never learned that?
Instead he's learning hypersensitivity and it will not serve him well.

Devo “Whip It”

Times have changed, when I was in school, we used to joke that we’d been “whipping it” for years, why did Devo make a fortune, from it? I guess today, that would be “Macroagression” ?

In his original piece, he knows that it comes from Family Guy. However, he’s apparently trying to show that he stands with those who feel that they endure microaggressions several times every day. He wants to make it up to those to whom he has micro-aggressed.

It was funnier when “Family Guy” did it.

That was my first thought too. Is this art imitating life or vice versa?

The author is doing an excellent job of poking fun at the whole thing. Deliberately or otherwise.

Hey, Newby:

Go blame your pedophile-pushing, commie-loving liberal demigod Seth McFarlane. People are yanking your chain because you’re a weenie, not because you’re black or gay or whatever victim status you’re claiming.

Somebody really did think up a Cool Whip joke & later it was used as a prank. Truth is always stranger than fiction.

Trying hard to maintain my half a brain that remains. Daily use of bourbon to lubricate & preserve it is essential.

Sort of like fluoride. Dump it in a river, go to jail.

Dump it in the drinking water, “It’s for the children.”
