My mom has tried to get rid of the “Appalachian” from my and my dad's speech. Micro-agression?
Nah.
She just thinks that the rest of the world will think we are a pair of hicks.

The topic was hazardous waste, and how a massive batch of a food product that didnt turn out right could turn into a hazardous waste headache for the purposes of disposal. You are aware that this happens with every single food item including spilled raw milk and flour right?

Sorry for jumping on you. Many people don't understand food industry regulations.
If I fill up a tank with water from the tap to be bottled and got some reason decide I would rather not bottle today and empty the tank that water becomes "pollution".
The regulations are crazy.
