They securely attached themselves to heavy barrels filled with cement so they can’t be run over.
Winch, snatch-block, tree-saver strap.
Anchor the snatch-block to a guardrail post, put the treesaver around the barrel (don’t want to chew up your expensive winch cable), and drag the whole assembly to the shoulder. Just removing an obstruction from the road (the barrel). If the idiot protestors can’t get themselves free in time, then too bad so sad. Once they’re on the shoulder, they can rot.
Protestors are just the hey look at me children.
The biggest Cat bulldozer with the biggest blade would take care of that in short order.
Squashing a few of these idiots would solve the problem real fast.
I’m surprised Boston shows little patience for this cr@p.
