See, that's the really crappy part of Platoon and I'm sure that's the Left's intention - to paint all of us as being war criminal cruds like the slimes at My Lai. And of course, you and I both know that's a lie. I'm very proud of our fellow Marines over there and how we conducted ourselves. I am sure that we were far too occupied with fighting and survival (and not to offend Vietnamese women any, they were too small and skinny to inspire any lust as far as I was concerned).

Platoon, in a word, sucked. it was from beginning to end inaccurate and meant to make all of seem to be inept, criminal and mentally unstable - even the beginning with those idiots yelling (yelling?!) at each other on patrol. Since when were any of us that stupid/suicidal?

Oliver Stone should rot in Hell for that movie.
