NEW YORK, January 24: The human rights advocacy group the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI) today announced that it will be holding a contest for cartoons of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, and an exhibit of Muhammad cartoons, a retrospective, this May in Garland, Texas.

Strange times. Cartoonists have more balls than anyone else on the planet now regarding saying FU to the muzzies. But again, all it will do is ramp up the Religion of Perpetual Outrage and start a huge mess. They’ll kill some people. We’re not allowed to kick their asses. O will call for sensitivity after the heads roll. And the muzzies march on.

I don’t know anything about the group putting on this event. I wouldn’t consider it a waste of time, however, to demonstrate a commitment to freedom-of-speech to the muslim/leftist horde that seeks to end such freedom.
