Once, OK, a big gaffe. Twice - even as an undecided voter (which I certainly am not), I’d have to think twice about someone who surrounds themselves with idiots. A good leader surrounds themselves with people who are smarter than they are.

You greatly overestimate the intellectual ability of the average Rat voter. You use reason when you select a candidate, and you pay attention to this sort of information, whereas the Rat voter just reflexively votes for any Rat candidate put in front of him.
I met a woman recently who was telling me of how much she enjoyed seeing Michelle Obama interviewed on some stupid morning show during the White House Easter Egg Roll. This woman said that Michelle is so funny and so down to earth! Do you think my acquaintance woman is paying attention when down-to-earth Michelle is spending outrageous sums of taxpayer money on her vacations?

I’ve heard that Bill doesn’t really want Hillary to be elected. The Clintons have lived separate lives for years. Bill comes and goes as he pleases right now. If Hillary were president, Bill would have to move back into the White House, into the fishbowl, and would have to pretend to be happy to live with Hillary. His activities would be constrained. Heck the activities of his family foundation would likely be affected. Can’t have that.

This does right out of Bill’s playbook. During the impeachment trial he kept saying he needed to get back to working for the “women, the children and the elderly”. He was a broken record.
