It’s UC Santa Cruz - they have ten “colleges”. I graduated from the one called Stevenson in 1971. It must have a new cafeteria - the old one was closed as a safety hazard after the Loma Prieta earthquake.

These organizations exist to be perpetually offended. They receive donations and grants to constantly send out twits etc. about whatever they can possibly find to complain about. Entire staffs are PAID to find something no matter how obscure.
There are hundreds of these OOs - Offensive Organizations - scrambling for their 15 seconds of fame. This field is now WAY too crowded for 15 minutes.
We need to tag all this nonsense with OO or something similar whenever we encounter their nonsense. Mockery is the only way to relieve the utter grievance fatigue they inflict on the rest of us.

I was at this school just last week doing the college inspection tour with my daughter and saw this cafeteria while there. They advertised a weekly theme showcasing foods from different backgrounds such as "Italian Night", Jewish Night", "Middle Eastern Night" etc and it seemed harmless enough.
They tell you during the orientation that the school is comprised of 40% minorities or people who self identify as "other than Caucasian".
The place seemed to be loaded with lesbians so I was glad my daughter didn't like it.
