Yup. iTools-———.Mac-———MobileMe————iTunes with iCloud
If the drive your Win OS is installed does not show up, go in the BIOS and make sure that is enabled.
One of those F key, maybe 10, should bring up an option to repair/restore your PC from off the disk image most modern PCs have rather than a CD/DVD, though you should make the latter.
Also, see this post for installing Windows 10 Tech Preview (WTP), which by installing with Classic Shell, will be must like W/7, but better.
You can choose to install WTP while keeping files from your previous OS, but as others said, you can boot from a Linux CD (like Xubuntu ) to access and save files to another drive.
See this post for a 3.00 adapter you should have on hand in any case.
It is best to install WTP on a separate drive however, with your W/7 drive unplugged until afterwards. Then you can choose to boot from either drive.
MS is supposed to offer W/10 as a free upgrade this summer to W/7 and W/8 users.
Of course, we should have made a backup image of our OS. Also, it is usually best to partition your drive so that your personal files are on another partition than the OS, or another drive. And back up your User folder to that one also.
Hope this helps as you seek to do good!
Sorry, never heard yesterday.... Already sitting here at the cafe having coffee...
From Win Installation CD
Try MBRFix or MBRWiz (MBRWizard maybe) It'll be cmdline, so RTFM! : )
