The Hubble Space Telescope wouldn’t be much use there. The resolution of the HST is 0.05 arcseconds. At the distance of the moon this would be about 130 meters, far too coarse to discern much.

The amount of documentation and detail at something as obscure as the Parkes Radio Telescope in New South Wales is staggering. It would be almost impossible to fake this tiny little corner of the Apollo mission, let alone the whole shebang.
I’m kinda the opposite, the longer I live the more I despise international investigstions.
