BOOM ! Our suspicions were 100% accurate in the review of all prior information coming from the released details.

An “accidental” self-induced injury stemming from Freddie Gray standing, not being seat-belted; and as a consequence of the van moving/stopping, Freddie Gray impacting the wall of the transport van. Also including the presence of opiates and cannabinoid within his toxicology report.

All of the reports said that a 38 year old man gave a statement about Gray thrashing around in the van. Obviously, Donta Allen is not 38 yrs. old, but 22 years old.

So, either (a) the reports made a mistake about the first witness's age, OR, (b) there was a mystery third passenger in the van, and not even the officers driving the van knew about him.

I don't know about you, but I'm gonna go with (a) on that one.

The affidavit was attached to the arrest warrant. Doesn’t say who wrote the affidavit. I don’t know what the officer’s said and neither do you.

I know what the officers said in their filing in court (which I posted in #84 above). They said Allen was the person referenced in the search warrant. They said he was the only other person in the van. They said that the Washington Post "omitted Mr. Allen's name, citing concerns over his safety." They said that he changed his story between what was reported in the Washington Post and what was reported by WBAL. They said that the WBAL reporter who interviewed Allen was a "substantive witness" because Allen "retracted his earlier statement" in the interview.

All of that is in a motion the officers filed in their own criminal case. Don't you think that if there was another prisoner, if there was even a possibility that the two intereviews were with different prisoners, the officers would have mentioned that possibility?

I don’t know. If they were trying to protect the identity of the 38 year old man, they might not be divulging any information. Apparently a man was booked that night who was 38 years old. It wasn’t 22 year old Donta Allen who was released.

Ten minutes of that 40 involved driving around the corner, then having to stop because he was throwing himself around the van, removing him and adding leg restraints, then reloading him.

There was an extensive amount of information released by Baltimore PD and other sources, including video and radio traffic for both the police and fire departments. Almost all of it has time benchmarks on it. The Treehouse folks have spent much of the last month and a half going over that data, and have published their findings in about 30 different articles. That seven mile per hour figure comes from measuring the time from the van leaving the last stop to it arriving at the Western Division station, then determining the distance travelled and making the appropriate calculation. The other legs of the trip can be addressed in the same way by those who wish to do so.

I wasn’t the one questioning the seven mile an hour thing.

Why don’t you posts links for your claims?

I referred to the article that was posted at Conservative Treehouse. I read it there. If you have the link, why are you complaining? I do my own research. If someone posts a link, well and good. If they don’t, I use google.

No body has a link that says the things you claim. That’s the problem.

If you make a claim, provide some support.

Let’s try this again.

Apparently the level of heroin was high enough that the M.E. says he could have been having convulsions.

Provide a link for this, or you are a liar.

It is in the article you posted the link for. The M.E. says he may have been having seizures. Without more information, such as tox levels, it is not known if the seizures were from the heroin or the injury. All of his symptoms are consistent with heroin overdose, problem breathing, possible convulsions, cardiac arrest, unconsciousness, and coma. The M. E. is speculating about when the injury occurred. It is something she will have to defend during cross examination.
