Whats to stop them from lying to the donor? Using donor funds contrary to the donor's designation is a serious matter.

It is done all the time, especially with elderly peoples donations to churches and the like....you can stretch definitions almost to the breaking point!!!and usually, no one is around to challenge you.

Parents who lable and encourage prepubescent transgender are committing child abuse. Let the male/female hormones develope and see the difference! Some of these parents are being allowed to give the children shots that prevent the onset of their kids natural hormones. Why are doctors and social services allowing this? It is demented!
