Until you answer I will continue to ask, what motorcycle ‘club’ ( or gang) are you a member of?

I’m not a member of any “Club”, Gang, association of any kind. I’ve already told you that once.

As far as “Schoolyard games” go, the Police and Prosecution are trained experts at that. Let’s see.....Oh, yea. The Michael Brown case. Things weren’t going their way....they released the tapes. OH NO!!!!! biasing the Grand Jury!!! you say...or not...

Evidence is evidence. It doesn’t change just because it is released to the defense or to the public.

Law Enforcement is the schoolyard bully, in case you haven’t noticed.

The argument or contention that releasing a video compromises an investigation is also preposterous. Under TX Public Records law, there is an exception allowing the withholding of information that compromises an investigation. This is useful to protect the ID of informants, infiltrators, means and methods of investigation, witness ID, and similar.

But what happened in Waco was an event in public. There was and is nothing "hidden" or "secret" about it. The incident is not part of an investigation, it is an action that took place in full view of the public.

Plenty of people have pointed out, and it's fairly obvious, when the state protests transparency, it's because the state is acting badly. It appears to have an aversion to the truth.

No, don’t0, the story on you and the Mod was that you kept crying to the Mods about being ‘disrespected’ (40 times!) and the Mods told you as long as you kept pinging the poster you circumvented their needing to intervene.

Deny that.

You are right on this point. You did not say ALL.
By the tone of your statement the inference is that it included all the families.

Who have I PO’d with disagreement? Only the gaggle of bike gang sympathizers that post heresay as fact, smear anyone who dares disagree may become PO’d when their fallacy and poor judgment is brought under the glaring light of truth.

There is no way I reported abuse for slanderous attack more than a very few times. Myself and others have been slandered well over 40 times - closer to 1040 times.

Jim, I hate to drag you into this - but I am sick and tired of this poster constantly questioning my integrity and that of others over a disagreement on this Waco mess. We who question the narrative are called "supporters of criminals".

I will admit that I used some intemperate language after being baited, but I have made a conscious effort to do better.

This poster once appealed to you to get ALL discussion of Waco barred here. Now, he (she?) just trashes and attacks on every single thread.

Thank you for the acknowledgement, but again go back and re-read my last post. I didn’t type a word about you having PO’d anyone. My statement was about you being PO’d at us for having a different opinion.
I would have no idea if you had PO’d someone else, you certainly haven’t angered me. Just seemed like you were getting a bit snarly in your last couple of responses to me (before this one).
If we can’t have a difference of opinion without losing our cool, then we’ve already lost to our real opponents.

Agree.

Hopefully the only time I’ve PO’d anyone was on purpose.
Disagreeing is one thing being oblivious to facts and being foolish is quiet the other.

Whenever its been possible I have tried many times in many ways to ‘discuss’ a point of contention. When that discussion comes back at me with some stupid remark or even physical threats, I get ‘snarly’ right back. Yes indeed I have had more than one of the bike gang sympathizers make threats, not that I GAF or feared anything.

Many of the bike gang sympathizing posters, on many threads, run out of discussion ammo real fast and immediately turn to nudeness.

With someone sensible I will be happy to argue facts and Constitutional opinions day and night, but that requires sticking to known facts from recognized objective sources. When someone brings in some biased theory or blog insisting its hard fact, the discussion ends. I do not suffer fools very well.
