Normally when I report on a story as huge as Planned Parenthood’s baby parts harvesting, I leave my emotions out of it.
Having just watch the third undercover video from the Center for Medical Progress, entitled, Human Capital – Episode 1: Planned Parenthood’s Black Market in Baby Parts, I am afraid that this time, I cannot set my emotions aside.
The latest sting video is hard hitting and features Dr. Katherine Sheehan, Medical Director emerita of Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest in San Diego.
Kate (Katharine) Sheehan made $312,509 plus $4988 in other compensation from the abortion giant in 2010, according to their 990.
In 2012, according to the most recent 990 filed Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest paid Sheehan $323,037 base compensation plus $6,000 in BONUS INCENTIVE COMPENSATION (wonder why?) $5169.00 in deferred compensation and $675.00 on other compensation for a total of $334,881.

CMP also captures undercover footage of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains’ (PPRM) Vice President and Medical Director Dr. Savita Ginde.
Previous to the three year baby parts investigation Ginde was sued by an abortion claiming the abortion facility forced her to undergo an abortion without anesthesia and then left part of her baby’s body inside of her.
In 2009″ Planned Parenthood bragged that their “clinical research” was enhanced by Ginde writing in a PPRM publication:
PPRM’s leadership role in advanced reproductive health care and clinical research has significantly grown with the appointment of Dr. Savita Ginde as medical director in 2004. Prior to PPRM, she conducted numerous clinical research trials within the reproductive health care specialty and, fortunately for us, continued this practice upon joining our team.
Adding:
The Clinical Research division is currently working to increase PPRM’s participation in clinical trials and behavioral and environmental studies. Our goal is to become a research leader within Planned Parenthood Federation of America and to continue providing high quality care to our clients.
In 2010 alone Savita Ginde, as the Medical Director of Planned Parenthood took in over $269,000 in salary.
By 2012, that amount rose to $270,327 in reportable compensation for only 20 hours a week of work plus $21,335 in OTHER COMPENSATION!

In the CMP video, you see abortionist Savita Ginde standing in the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic pathology laboratory, where fetuses are brought after abortions.

This is where my ability to remain without emotion kicks in.
What they show in the next view moments behind the walls of the Planned Parenthood lab brings back haunting memories for me. That is because years ago, I found and later buried the remains of several aborted children from a local abortion clinic.

I realize the CMP video is exposing the gruesome industry of trafficking in baby parts, but, I must stop here and focus on these children.
To Planned Parenthood these children are just “specimens” whose organs get them additional dollars in their already profitable industry.
That attitude is emphasized by a former Stem Express employee in the CMP vid.
Holly O’Donnell is a licensed phlebotomist who tells CMP that she unsuspectingly took a job as a “procurement technician” at the fetal tissue company and biotech start-up StemExpress in late 2012 after responding to an ad.
“Stem Express is a company that hires procurement techs to draw blood and dissect dead fetuses and sell the parts to researchers,” the former employee states.
“The owner, Cate Dyer, she used to be a procurement tech and then she went and started her own business. And now she’s making a lot of money based off the poor girls who half the time don’t even want to get abortions.” O’Donnell adds.
In a previous post on how aborted baby organs are implanted in animals I note that, Cate Dyer, CEO and founder of Stem Express, has claimed that all “donors”, that is the pregnant women seeking the abortion and not the unborn child whose kidney’s were taken, are, “properly consented through an Institutional Review Board (IRB) consent, and donors are made aware of the potential use of any sample that we collect.”
In addition, I detail the IRB’s rules on fetal tissue research which governs the industry.
The IRB review boards states on the HHS website, “The fetus has a unique and inextricable relationship to the mother. It cannot consent to be a research subject. These circumstances have aroused lengthy public debate on the ethics of fetal research, and led to special federal regulations that guide IRB deliberations about fetal research. The fetus may also be an indirect subject of research when women who may be pregnant participate. Research involving pregnant women is also regulated.”

However, in detailing how to obtain aborted fetal tissue, the IRB says the following should be followed:
The decision to terminate a pregnancy and procedures of abortion should be kept independent from the retrieval and use of fetal tissue. The timing and method of abortion should not be influenced by the potential uses of fetal tissue for transplantation or medical research. Payments and other forms of remuneration and compensation associated with the procurement of fetal tissue should be prohibited, except payment for reasonable expenses occasioned by the actual retrieval, storage, preparation, and transportation of the tissues.
Addressing the possibility of research on a live fetus where the mother has already decided to have an abortion, The IRB says that, “The National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects wrestled with this problem and concluded that there is no difference between the moral status of a fetus destined for abortion and that of a fetus to be carried to term. Therefore, only those research procedures that would be acceptable for a fetus going to term may be performed in anticipation of abortion.”

O’Donnell emphasized to CMP that the partnership Stem Express has with Planned parenthood gives them a financial benefit.
The 24-year-old phlebotomist said she had no idea she would be procuring organs from aborted fetuses.
“The harder and the more valuable the tissue, the more money you get,” O’Donnells says in the video.
“So, if you can somehow procure a brain or a heart you’re going to get more money…I guess that’s an incentive to try and get the hard stuff,” she said.
But, she said that she did not want to lose the job and even though she passed out in shock when she first saw the area where the babies are dissected, she went along with it for the job.
She then describes her first day at a “Concord clinic” where she met the staff and looked over in a corner where there was a “little white tray with pie dishes on it.”
“And then I see someone come in with a bottle of something and there was blood in it…Then they went over to the sink and they emptied it out on a strainer and put it on the pie dish and light it up. And I’m like looking and what’s going on…”

“And my trainer comes over and she puts on gloves and she grabs some tweezers and she’s picking the parts away from the vaginal tissue…”
“So, I’m looking and I don’t know what’s going on. I had no idea this is what was going to be happening especially my first day, And she’s literally she has tweezers and she’s like okay well this is a head, this is an arm, this is a leg. And she hands them over to me and oh here you go can you show me some of the parts I just showed you?”
“So, I did what she said and the moment I took the tweezers I put them in the dish – I remember grabbing the leg and I said this is a leg and the moment I picked it up I could just feel like [inaudible] and pain. Like I never felt like that before like shoot up through my body.And I started to…I blacked out.
“They got the smelling salt. woke up in the recovery room and looking around- was really embarrassed. You know, who faints at their first job? And one nurse looks at me and is like, Oh – you’re new huh? And, I’m like yeah. Don’t worry it still happens to a bunch of us…Some of us don’t ever really get over it.
“And, I remember leaving that day like what have I gotten myself into,” O’Donnell stated.
Although I can relate to what she saw having a similar shocking reaction to the body parts I found of aborted babies (shown to the left), I was reminded of an old episode of Quincy.

In the TV series centered around a medical examiner who solves crimes, Quincy played by Jack Klugman was in a rush to get through a scheduled police training session using cadavers.
Without preparation or warning, Quincy quickly removes the sheet from the dead victim causing each officer to faint at what they see.
But, this is not fiction, this is real.
Tragically, the behind the scene images of aborted babies shown in the CMP video are a haunting reminder of what I saw so many years ago.
And so….we must remember who the real victims of this Mengele-like operation are: Unborn Children!
Shortly after the first Planned Parenthood videos from CMP were released showing their top medical directors bragging about crushing above or below specific human organs or using a “less crunchy” technique to procure “whole specimens” I wrote an Op-Ed reflecting on the horror where I ask, “When it comes to Planned Parenthood’s ghoulish crimes, are we all guilty?”
Writing in part:
I am sitting at my desk, taking a moment of reflection over the past week, what I have witnessed, listened to and read. I am disturbed – even haunted and somehow – I am not surprised.
The news of Planned Parenthood’s grisly baby parts operation has been a daily source of news, social media posts, blogs, and videos. I have been caught up in it all, and now…I reflect.
I think about what is happening in this nation – of 42 years of legalized abortion on demand.
As I ponder what has taken place this last week, I am not shocked that babies are being chopped up and sold for parts like an old car in a junkyard.
I am not shocked, because every day, more than 3,000 beautifully formed, innocent babies are snuffed out in their mother’s wombs by abortion.
What shocks me more than hearing what groups like Planned Parenthood are doing with their remains is the lack of concern for these tiny humans on a daily basis.
Continuing:
Are we not moved to tears by the mere ripping apart, in early suction abortions, of their innocent arms, legs lungs and kidneys on a daily basis? Can we not envision the horror of the abortionist’s knife grasping the limbs, torso, and head of the second trimester unborn child in a D&E abortion?
We have to ask ourselves these tough questions.
Which is more evil? An abortionist who finds ways to profit from every aspect of the bloody procedure or an apathetic sideliner who scolds him for unethical business practices instead of for his murderous actions? Have we become so accustomed to abortion that the real crime of it – the taking of a valuable human life, created in the image of God – is not the overall cause of our outrage?
Yes – Planned Parenthood MUST be defunded, investigated, and exposed.
Yes- the harvesting of human baby body parts is a gruesome industry.
But, we can never forget where those “parts” come from.

They are removed from a human baby who is brutally executed for convenience and then chopped up inside a death mill and sold for spare parts.
Is this really what “feminism” and “choice” and “empowerment of women” has come to?
Is this what America wants to go on record being in favor of?
As I wrote in my Op-Ed, Nazi Holocaust survivor Eva Kor once pointed out that despite the evils of Hitler’s regime, good people stayed silent:
Hitler was a terrorist who rose to power because good people said nothing, she said.
“The key word here is terrorist. Terrorists have no respect for human life,” she said. “In Germany, not all Germans were Nazis. There were many good Germans — but nobody spoke up.”
Who will speak up for these babies?

That tiny, tiny baby. That was unbearable to watch.
When the one experienced tech said to the new girl who had passed out after “feeling the death and pain” when she touched the baby with the tweezers, that ‘some of us never get over it,’
well, how terrible it is that they even try to ‘get over it.’ They shouldn’t. They know deep down it is evil and their soul is speaking to them.
I now have a question, can we set up a system where we pay women not to have an abortion and give us the baby to be adopted? Is there any way to save these children? GOD help us, this country has been taken over by satan.
