How could Jesus have been a Palestinian? There’s no such thing as Palestine. The so-called “Palestinians” live in Judea and Samaria.

I don’t think anyone called the area “Palestine” until the last quarter of the 1st Century AD. After Jerusalem was destroyed by Titus the area was gradually renamed “Palestine” (after the Philistines) as an insult to the defeated Jews. Up until then the Romans had referred to it as Judea.

Anti-semites like Wright and his fellow down-low boy Obama continue this tradition.

Reverend Wright's "church" was/is part of the far left National Council of Churches" (he's supposedly since retired from Trinity).

"Trinity United Church of Christ is a predominantly African-American church with more than 8,500 members, located in the Washington Heights community on the South Side of Chicago.[1]

It is the largest church affiliated with the United Church of Christ, a predominantly white Christian denomination with roots in Congregationalism, which historically branched from early American Puritanism.[2]"

"In early 2008, as part of their presidential election coverage, news media outlets and political commentators brought Trinity to national attention when controversial excerpts of sermons by the church's longtime former pastor Jeremiah Wright were broadcast to highlight Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama's relationship with Wright and the church."

From the National Council of Churches website...

These 37 member communions come together in covenant community as the National Council of Churches to offer common witness to Jesus Christ and to share in a ministry of reconciliation to the world in his name. Together, they include more than 45 million people in over 100,000 congregations in the United States.

Re: National Council of Churches

From David Horowitz's FrontPageMag.com/DiscoverTheNetworks.org:
Profile: Institute For Policy Studies (IPS)

IPS’s [Institute For Policy Studies] Washington, DC headquarters quickly became a resource center for national reporters and a place for KGB agents from the nearby Soviet embassy to convene and strategize. Cora Weiss headed one of the IPS's most successful forays -- into Riverside Church in Manhattan. She was invited there in 1978 by the Reverend William Sloane Coffin to run the church's Disarmament Program, which sought to consolidate Soviet nuclear superiority in Europe -- in the name of "peace." In 1982 Weiss helped organize the largest pro-disarmament demonstration ever held. Staged in New York City, the rally was attended by a coalition of communist organizations.

During her decade-long tenure at Riverside, which became home to the National Council of Churches, Weiss regularly received Russian KGB agents, Sandinista friends, and Cuban intelligence agents. Weiss became infamous for her role in the psychological warfare conducted against U.S. prisoners of war held in the infamous "Hanoi Hilton" during the Vietnam War.

The Liberation News Service, which is a news source for hundreds of "alternative" publications nationwide (with antiwar, Marxist-oriented perspectives), was founded in 1967 with IPS assistance."

Pure Black Liberation Theology that was made up to try and get the blacks in this nation to rebel...just as Latin Liberation Theology was made up for Central American catholic peasants to rebel.

Black liberation theology would teach that Jesus was a poor man of color who rose up in rebellion against the white over lords (Romans) of his day and that his gospel was as much about physical liberation from them than as it was about spiritual salvation through the atonement.

Wright is, once again, showing his true colors.

That’s just stupid.

Everyone knows Jesus was Chinese.

Hell, President Abraham Lincoln pointed this out on his blog in 1883 A.D.

Actually- according to AL Bore-

“Mary and Joseph were homeless”

Just wandering around before Jesus was born-

So... in a warped Demonrat view-— Jesus could be
ANY persecuted nationality
