Our elections became a copy of American Idol with Obama’s elections, but I thought Republicans were smarter.

Single issue? Like returning to the constitution? Talk about your single issue; I don't know how many times Trumpbots have said, “me no care, me want wall.”

Cruz needs to pay back his Goldman Sachs loans and sort out his eligibility situation.

Nobody cares about any of this nonsense that he keeps talking about.

When Trumpbots can answer these questions I’ll believe they’re sincere about Goldman Sachs.

What does matter is his rhetoric... believe me I will make America great again, so great will I make America so much will we win you will get sick of winning BELIEVE ME

++++

I've heard something like that before. It will come to me.

But as I recall it was phased somewhat differently. Something along the lines of "... fundamentally transforming the United States of America ...". Hmmm. Where did I hear that?

By my rough count, about 20 or so people making most of the pro Trump posts on FR agree with you. The rest of us? Not so much.

I was Cruz before Trump then Cruz 2nd. I think now if not Trump, I won’t vote because I see Cruz’s plan here and it’s not pretty.

He kissed up to Trump up to the end (that’s what he said he’d do in taped meeting but I wasn’t listening). I thought Cruz really liked and respected Trump. On his part, Trump did like Cruz. Even with citizenship thing, Trump didn’t say anything bad about him. Cruz never just defended nbc, never cited acts that applied whatever.

The nbc thing pushed Cruz’s plan up, he was waiting as late as possible to hit Trump so Trump wouldn’t have time to hit back. Watch the debate where Trump is doing his NY thing, Cruz is grinning like a cheshire, even clapping for Trump.
This was because Cruz’s plan is working and he’s getting free wall-to-wall media coverage.

Plan = bromance to get good press then at end, enemies to get stay in headlines.

Wait, I see you are one of the August signups.

Strangely FR has a lot of traffic coming from India according to Alexa’s stats. Are you posting from there?

Unlike Trump who admitted to bribery....

Cronyism is part of the problem and one of its main contributors is only going to expand on it. A paler version of Barak Hussain Obama with a bad toupee.

He’s praised and contributed to many liberals but Trumpets still herald his every tweet.

Reagan changed his mind YEARS before he ran for president, not the day before filing. Trump continues to “evolve” depending on which way the polls go.

Well, Trump certainly was a Democrat supporter at one time, and said some nasty things about the GOP and its voters.

When you say single issue social conservative do you mean anti-abortion?

Trump:

WE NEED TO BAN MUSLIMS!!!

quite possibly one of the most important political stands of all time.

They all wanted to say it. TRUMP SAID IT!!!

Then Cruz followed with his calculated statement trying to walk a line.

You don’t give your Kids everything they want at Christmas. Trump is a man of action who has vowed to act on our two biggest threats. And he absolutely shows signs of moving towards more conservative stances and that he will NOW attack the Clintons with both barrels.

Please try to keep an open mind when evaluating this election.

18 years and a state governorship before he became president, and many more years, and by the 1950s, he was already preaching a more conservative, pro-business line in his myriad GE speeches. He endorse Eisenhower in 1952 and 1956, and Nixon in1960, and of course Goldwater in 1964.

This “life-long liberal” was pretty much a reliable, routine, down-the-line conservative by 1952, at age 41, not 65, or 67, or who knows when, nearly 30 years before he became president.

Exactly, I wonder where he will have "evolved" to when it comes times to nominate supreme court justices.

You are being WILLFULLY ignorant of the facts.

you are ignoring that trump has been and still is a New York liberal. Has said nothing that would even hint that he is a limited government conservative.

It’s about time that jim start zoting those folks that are supporting an OBVIOUS liberal and slandering the OBVIOUS conservative! Just as he did with mitten’s hordes...
