Tyrant Trump Tries to Scapegoat Others for His Colorado Losses; [truncated]

[Full Title] Tyrant Trump Tries to Scapegoat Others for His Colorado Losses; Result Is Most Extensive Big Lie Campaign in U.S. Politics Since Bush-Cheney WMD Allegations vs Saddam Hussein [sub title] Trump Lost Colorado Fair and Square Based on Existing Rules; Preview of Buck-Passing, Scapegoating Presidency; Gestapo Tactics by Storm-Trumpers As Colorado GOP Chair Is Bombarded by Death Threats; CNN Imitates East German Television in Fawning Telecast with Trump Clan [photo text] President Harry Truman always claimed he took responsibility for adversity that occurred on his presidential watch. He expressed this with a sign reading “The Buck Stops Here,” which he kept on his desk in the oval office. Trump is the very opposite, always dodging responsibility, passing the buck, and scapegoating his hapless aides. Trump appointees should practice falling on their swords before reporting for work. [article] “The Buck Stops Here” – this was the famous saying on a plaque which President Harry Truman kept on his desk in the oval office. The point was that adverse events which occur on the watch of a US president are his ultimate responsibility. Truman, of course, was a disastrous president, but on this particular point he was at least verbally correct.

Trump knows about this principle in the abstract – he even cited it when he asserted that George W Bush did not keep America safe, because 9/11 happened on his watch, and was in that sense his responsibility.

The events of the last few days have shown, however, that a Trump presidency would be characterized by buckpassing, scapegoating, and the inability to accept executive responsibility. In practice, Trump is one of the most consummate buck passers of modern times, even before he has seized power.

Trump lost the Colorado delegate selection process fair and square...which were attended by 65,000 voters

There were only two rules:
1. Do not let Trump win (The Resolution)
2. Do not let the voters of the state interfere with Rule 1.

“This “Trump is being cheated” BS has to stop!”

I forgot to add, it was the voters in Colorado who got cheated.

For the first time in history a tyrant is someone who wants the people to vote.............

Not really.... Tyrants throughout history have often wanted people to vote FOR THE TYRANT

The ‘process’ was not a single all-registered-Republicans vote once affair. It was more than that and you know it. 65,000 ‘voters’ against how many registered?

By denying their own members their vote for the presidential candidate of their choice, the Colorado GOPe gives US a peek behind the curtain at the corruption of absolute power and the eventual panic of believing you're too big to fail.

It's kinda humorous listening to their justifications, though. For observers living in these end times of Revelation, humor takes many forms.

Until your reply I used to think the invasion started with the high immigration, but realized it started with the communists. We really need a McCarthy, but the youngin’s have been indoctrinated for many decades. All spiritual consequences.

More on Colorado -“It’s chaos. It’s a cluster #@@#. It’s the ultimate insider’s game,” said Josh Penry, a GOP operative in Denver who chaired Marco Rubio’s campaign in Colorado. “There are so many delegates in play.”......

......roughly 6,000 party activists in Colorado Springs, where 27 of the state’s 34 delegates to the Republican National Convention will be elected.”

So out of a 1,000,000 voters, 6,000 party activists chose 27 PARTY HACKS after viewing each of them on stage for 10 seconds!

.06 % chose the delegates. (Please correct my math if it’s wrong)

SIX-TENTHS OF A PERCENTAGE OF THE COLORADO REPUBLICAN VOTERS CHOSE THE DELEGATES.

Colorado takes the prize for the most corrupt republicans to date.

Colorado GOP==Cook County DNC==Colorado GOP==Cook County DNC

This will cost him the nomination, and if he were to get the nomination, it will cost him the election.

So do you think this will motivate the people of CO to change the rules or will the GOPe of CO keep it that way? Mini revolution?

Cruz is not quoted in the article at all and proportionately this may be correct for a republican convention/caucus/primary in purple (if that) Colorado.

The Colorado process is bogus and should be changed. Has DT vowed to assist Coloradans in publicizing their loss of voting rights to get it changed? Spend other people’s money, I should say.

I worked in the research and defence industry ever since I graduated from college in 1980 after 8 years in the military and college. Of course I’m interested.

To the grass-roots, or rank-and-file voters that register as Republican, there would (reasonably) be a belief that (a) they would get to vote for a candidate to represent their party, and (b) the winner of that popular vote would get most or all of the State’s delegates.

Of course, the Party sets the party rules, which don’t necessarily fit this view. Cruz is using the “rules” to his advantage. But that doesn’t make it the “right” thing to do. Just because you CAN do something, doesn’t mean you SHOULD do something. That a (relatively) small number of party insiders can dictate the outcome due to arcane rules, that override the peoples’ will is not right.

This “ends justify the means” mentality is one of the things I loathe about the Democrats. And is increasingly one of the things I loathe about the Republican establishment.

Don’t get me wrong - I’d vote for either Trump or Cruz vs. any Democrat come this fall. But the GOPe is not only allowing this s***-show, they’re promoting it. All in the devious hope of getting to their cherished brokered convention, so they can take the nomination from both Cruz and Trump, and give it to the next “moderate”, establishment, RINO loser.

It is good. I have learned as much as he has in the last couple of weeks. Thing is, he’s been talking running for president for 30 years. How much does he really care about what has happened to America? Has it really been a 30 year passion?
