A Georgia woman has her t** in a ringer over a joke Ellen DeGeneres told on her show ... in fact she's so upset she's suing the talk show host for allegedly besmirching her good name.
In a segment called "What's Wrong with These Signs?" Ellen showed a real estate sign advertising a broker named Titi Pierce. Ellen assumed -- as we would -- it was pronounced "titty," but Titi says, "as grammar dictates," it's pronounced "Tee Tee."
Pierce says in her lawsuit ... no one has ever made such an error in her 35 years on planet Earth. As such, she's suing for defamation and invasion of privacy.
The realtor says, to add insult to injury ... she was on her way to a funeral when the segment aired and she got lots of mocking calls on her cellphone. She also says "The name-calling led to immediate ridicule and raucous laughter from the show's live and television audiences."
Pierce says she's suffered emotional distress, embarrassment and anger.
We reached out to show honchos ... so far no comment.
Her name is ellen degenerate. She is a raving homosexual.
Tee Tee, titty, what’s the difference?
I knew somebody in school with that last name.
He pronounced it “tie tie”.
And nobody that I recall teased him about that name.

There is a car repair shop in our area that provides a rental car if the customer needs to leave their car. Name is Gay Car Rental and it is written in huge white script letters on the back window of the SUV’s they allow customers to use. Told my son I didn’t care how good they were, I would never utilize their services in this day and age.
I did know a gal with the last name of Titsworth.
People can overcome their names. Harry Baals, for example, became mayor of Ft. Wayne, IN. They even named a street after him.
Unfortunately, the street signs kept getting stolen so the name was changed to ‘H. W. Baals Drive’.

Pull the other one. So all Ellen has to do is find someone in Titi's fourth grade class who made that same joke 25 years ago to disprove that silly statement.

I was taught that making fun of someone’s name was immature and mean. I continue to believe that is true.
The ‘joke’ isn’t funny. It also demonstrates a basic ignorance, only in English is an “I” pronounced as ‘ih’; in all other languages it is always pronounced as an ‘e’, and “Titi”is clearly not an English name.
Degeneres was rude to use the woman’s name in a joke and owes the woman an apology, at the very least.
Ellen endorsed Hillary recently. A fag and a hag, you decide which is which.
In my day the guys would have had a blast with that name. My mom who was so totally straight laced that she used to frequently say that so and so acted like a horse’s patoot. But she used the old “... caught in a wringer” all the time. Except that she called them dinners. It was a real concern in our time as we really had wringers on our washing machines and getting some body part caught was always a hazard.

A few weeks later they both had started the paper work.
One man chose George and the other...I forget.
If I were to live over there and my name meant something dreadful, I would be the FIRST to become MayLin or something similar.
