Someone posted this pic earlier from the original article. I believe the photo was taken in South Carolina. Wasn’t it in SC that the Clinton campaign wouldn’t allow the media to record her getting on a plane?

He appears to be a very gentle, strong, caring kind of person, just the type of man who would be a godsend to an old, ill woman who has serious trouble caring for herself. I doubt he’s SS. Rather, I think he’s a highly skilled paramedic type of person specially hired to be her care giver. That she badly needs him by itself proves she’s incapable of doing the job.
Wow, you can really see it, there. Brain’s frozen and cannot initiate a command to the mouth to keep talking. Someone had to come in and personally tell her brain to do that, or she probably would’ve stood there all day. NOT. FIT. TO. BE. PRESIDENT.
She seems to have these episodes when she is suddenly surprised. Something is SHORTING out in her brain. She may be in an assisted care soon.
I agree with the first post, with involuntary spasming looks more like a few second partial seizure.
It may or may not explain other known signs. I just know what I read on medline of seizures that are localized depending on the area and extent of damage and that do not spread from the focal area where they arise:
