Various posters who work in health field or spouses do keep repeating that this can’t possibly be authentic because a SS# is on it, or wrong format, or too vague, or doesn’t have exact details of meds, isn’t detailed or precise enough, and on and on.
Could you address those issues from your 40 years in the field?
Or uses non-medical terms like “blacking out”.
I strongly disagree. It wasn’t debunked. There is not clear conclusion at all.
All kinds of things were brought up like letterhead, but an internal memo and an official letter to be published by the NYT are totally different documents.

I don’t know what to say. I went back and saw nothing like that. Alex Jones is discussing Hitlery’s health problems with Dr. Steve Pieczenik. She is one sick demon, in both body and soul.
Hillary hasn’t been in ‘excellent physical condition’ for one day in her life.
Those were Hillary’s words. A legal document like a medical chart means you always take the patient complaint in exactly the words used by the patient.
I don’t know about the source of the document or the formatting. It could have been retyped. It is true that it lacks the other things you would normally see in a medical record.
What I know is this - I was trying to put her nystagmus, bizarre and inappropriate behaviors, seizure like activity, and falls/coughing together and come up with something. I was thinking MS maybe. My exact words were a neurospastic disease I believe.
In the video of her walking in the NYC gay pride parade she is shuffling and being helped on both sides.
As Drudge pointed out she has been having serious falls for many years.

And then Boom, there it all is, along with the blood clot which is part of this very disease.
