BS. 75 years proves nothing when it comes to climate change. The same spot might refreeze for the next two or three centuries.
My, that's an amazing bit of epidemiology, tracing the outbreak to a single unfrozen corpse. Unless it's unadulterated BS the writer pulled out of his anus, of course. I'm guessing the latter, in fact, I got a twenty says so.
Google this: Vozrozhdeniya Island. It isn't an island anymore now that the Aral Sea is all but dry due to catastrophic interventions by the Soviet Union. And what was on it now has a land bridge to the mainland. This isn't global warming, it's real, and it's worth worrying about.

Since local climates change with much more variance than global averages, and since global averages have not varied beyond what is typical in unspoiled nature, linking anthropologic climate change to these anthrax deaths, or to any other local effect is beyond normal stupid, but is of a higher order of stupid than the world has ever seen. It is ignorance wrapped in arrogance wrapped in stupid wrapped in smug wrapped in get a damn clue you morons!
