The shooting of Terence Crutcher (unarmed) occurred this week in Tulsa, OK not Charlotte, NC.
They found PCP in his car and the female officer who shot him reported he was behaving oddly and she felt under threat.

In fact, I know what you are getting at, but it’s not just because they are black, I refer to white people as monkeys and animals too when they act like them.
I work with fine black people who would never behave like those BLM idiots and pack animals.
They deserve to be called anything.
In Europe, where I lived for many years there was also a penchant for calling stupid people monkeys - a famous expression: “Your circus, your monkeys!”
This had NOTHING to do with race, but a lot about stupidity and behavior.
