The reporter that first learned about Bill Clinton’s affair with Monica Lewinsky said on Thursday that NBC is sitting on the full tape of its initial interview with Bill Clinton rape accuser Juanita Broaddrick and should release it before the election.
Michael Isikoff, who was a leading reporter during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, said in a Thursday discussion that NBC should release a 17-year-old tape of an interview that it conducted with Broaddrick. Broaddrick has long claimed that the interview that NBC aired edited out her claim that Hillary Clinton was involved in quashing Broaddrick’s rape claims.
“NBC has the full tape of the original Lisa Myers interview,” Isikoff said during an online discussion on Sidewire.com. “NBC ought to check its archive and run the full interview. (AS long as they’re now culling their archives!)”
Isikoff worked as a national correspondent for NBC from 2010 to 2014. He says that NBC reporter Lisa Myers has confirmed Broaddrick’s claim that NBC edited out references that could have been damaging to Hillary Clinton.
“Folks have made much of the fact that her claim about the conversation she had with Hillary wasn’t in the interview that run,” Isikoff said. “Broaddrick said it got cut out; Lisa Myers has since agreed Broaddrick said this then—and NBC chose to cut it out.”
NBC has never released an unedited version of its interview with Broaddrick.
Both NBC and the Washington Post “closely vetted” Broaddrick’s claims at the time and chose to run with stories on her claims, Isikoff said.
He added that it was “amazing to watch” Democrats that he saw defend Bill Clinton against his accusers now jump to embrace women accusing Trump.
“It’s amazing to watch how D’s who attacked those women are now embracing the Trump accusers, while the Rs who believed them attack them,” Isikoff said.
Earlier this year, NBC’s Andrea Mitchell said that Broaddrick’s claims had been “discredited.” The network stealthily deleted the line after it was threatened with legal action by Broaddrick’s son.
Trump should find a creative way to air some of that footage. Perhaps he calls a news conference and the MSM think he is going to make some big apology or quit or something and then he airs that footage and Juanita walks up beside him. Fool them like he did with the conference with the four women right before the last debate.
Fat chance that NBC would release the full Juanita interview. NBC is working for Hillary, and as “employees” of the democratic party, NBC would not dare to go against the wishes of their employers.
Hannity is doing it tonight.
I think Trump should ask Juanita to challenge NBC to release the full interview. Would NBC refuse to grant the wishes of one of Bill’s and Hillary’s victims?

How is this footage any different from when she was on 60 minutes?
VCRs had been around fifteen or more years at the time of the NBC interview with Broaddrick. I’d bet there are many copies scattered around the US of the portion NBC did air.

During the Monica Mess you had EVERY network anchor doing repeated interviews with “Frenchman in the street” interviews.
They went something like this:
“I am married hef TWO loverz..! Every man have like dees..! Sacre bleu..! It is so naturelle, no..?!”
Each network would bust out like that like 3 times daily:
“Americans are SO STUPID cuz they care about Bubba’s lies about sex..! Listen to the SOPHISTICATED FRENCH..!!!”
Yet let Trump say PUSSY just ONE time and they all get cases of The Vapors and go wobbly for their Fainting Couches.
Yeah, I’m sure they’ll get right on that.
NBC stands for No Bashing Clinton
NBC edited out what Hillary Clinton said to Juanita Broderrick after Bill raped her. Claimed by Broderrick and confirmed by Lisa Myers, and now, apparently, Isikoff.
It’s Hillary who’s now on the ballot, as liberal woman after liberal woman keeps stating: what does this have to do with Hillary? She’s the one who’s running. OK, so show how threatening she was to Bill’s victims. Bring back Kathleen WIllie. We all know how they ‘trailer trashed’ Paula. And there are court records of Hillary’s defense of the rapist of Ms. Davis, then 12 years old, who Hillary painted, again, as ‘trailer trash’ who deserved to be raped. Asked for it. This ALL needs to be out there.
Anyone watching Hannity tonight? If so, any impression of how effective his interviews with the Clinton accusers was?
