As much as it is justified, Hillary Rodham Clinton will never see the inside of a jail cell
It sounds good. Thousands of adoring Trump supporters chanting “lock her up” whenever the name of Hillary Clinton is mentioned. But it is unlikely to ever happen. Especially for crimes she might have committed prior to the election.
There can be little doubt should Clinton become the next president of the United States, she will be pardoned by Barack Obama prior to his leaving office on Jan. 20. The stage is actually being set for the justification for the issuance of a pardon should Clinton be successful on Nov. 8. Not that Obama ever needs a good reason to do anything.

1st: Hillary will not be president. Trump will be the 45th President of the United States.
2nd: After Trump is elected there WILL be investigations and there WILL be indictments and there’s a GOOD chance Hillary will be one of the parties named.
The most important thing is that Trump wins and we start undoing the damage and put better checks and balances in place.
It will help if we can put her behind bars as a deterrent to others. Too many people have participated and benefited from her corrupt schemes. They will continue to look for more angles to do it again, unless people are prosecuted.
No one thought Hitler would eat the business end of a walther ppk either.

Sadly I think it’s true. Obama can give a blanket pardon for all crimes whether or not convicted (I believe). The ONLY hope is that Obama himself can be blackmailed into NOT pardoning her...which of course means he’ll just pardon himself. Or abdicate for one day prior to his last day and let “President” Biden pardon him.
let me amend that...if Hillary crimes are so outrageous and so egregious that pardoning her would cause major political damage then she might not get the pardon. But not holding my breath.

It really depends what happens to Huma Abedin. If Abedin is charged, the chances of Hillary getting indicted go up dramatically.
