I don’t believe Obamas numbers. No way he has 57% approval.
People called are either his 20% base that will love him or too afraid to say they don’t approve of him.

The president will remain in Washington as a shadow president haunting Donald Trump, but in reality he will be more of a menace to the Democrats. He will no doubt make his opinions known regularly, probably more so in print than on television as a faint nod to tradition and decorum.
I expect that Obama will be hovering in the background, always making his presence felt.
I expect he will go on “Meet The Press”, and the other Sunday shows on a regular basis. He’s one of those rare politicians who can invite himself onto those types of programs. I expect him to insert himself into our political debates during the Trump presidency, just because he can.

There was an item on msn, I believe, which claimed Obama would return to his profession of community organizer.
Great opportunities in DC - where everyone is employed by the Fed.Gummit.
He’s too lazy to do much but sit on a sofa at a Talk Show venue. Then off to play golf at the Congressional Country Club.

"Obama can boast of a fifty-seven percent approval rating" We must remember that this fifty-seven percent approval rating is coming from the same pollsters who gave Hillary the election by 10 points. Who are they talking to, themselves?

Its not good news, although necessary news.
The Dems have been kicking out blue-dogs for the last 20 years. Using low-interest rate, massive debt and Federal Reserve money, they go out and buy even MORE radical, leftist members from immigrants, education, government employees at all levels, and now they are expanding into areas like Wall Street, finance, etc...
The Left is going to become even more divisive, nasty and radical - just watch.

Yup. Believe it or not the Clintons are what passed for a moderate bulwark in that party. Now Obama is at the helm, with the Bernie barbarians gathering at the gates.
To: DJ Taylor
So would the approval rating be more like 47%?

the thin-skinned twit is going to surpass Carter as the worst former president and almost make Jimmah appear statesman-like...

Barry Obama will be a sought after guest on network TV; they will continue to campaign like the last Obama election. Michelle, on the other hand, will be competing with Elizabeth Warren for the female stereotype running for the nomination. Her competition will be other stereotypes who will all be claiming that it is that stereotype's turn to be the Democrat nominee.
One trivia question will always be, are there any Democrats running for the nomination that have NOT been disbarred or voluntarily gave up their license to practice law?
