What happens is those states and their electors get thrown out and the number of electoral votes needed go down as well

Basically this is all to punish MI,WI,PA for not voting for the democrats this time around, they are going to disenfranchise these states

People better start waking up

Trump still wouldn’t need 270? Where are you getting that information - that the number needed to win would go down? Please provide your source

This is serious and Soros and the Clintons have a plan.

Trump’s recent ovetures to Romney may be to shore up support in the Republican Establishment if Hillary and Soros succeed in creating chaos to throw the election

constitution

if electors are disqualified, lets say the electors from WI, MI and PA are disqualified because they can’t count their votes in time. Then the total number of electoral votes go down. Its right there

Simple math here

Trump should proactively demand recounts of some close Hitlery states.

That would just add legitimacy to their effort to steal the election. They will use fraud to win. Trump won't.

So now we get to learn how many altered and "new" votes George Soros can purchase.

Outside of the mandatory recount triggered by a threshold of 0.5% here are the rules in PA:

The PA Constitution says that voters can petition individual county election boards for recounts. Candidates themselves have no standing in that process. Stein can not use that avenue.

All other petitions for recounts, including those from candidates, must go through the courts. The last day for a court decision is 20 days after the election. That is Monday. Stein will not be able to simply ask the Secretary of State for a recount.

She filed in WI because it's the easiest state of the three that the Clinton Global Crime Family wants to cherry pick. To get a recount, in WI, only the cost is involved. In Michigan (and usually PA) you will only get a recount if you have evidence of fraud, although she might well get a liberal court to grant her request. The current PA Supreme Court is 5-2, favoring Democrats.

Politico has a very short summary here: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/recount-rules-battleground-states-2016-presidential-election-231013

why not NH, and maybe CA t see how many illegals voted?

The LA Times precinct map had blue everywhere. I was puzzled. Almost no Hillary Clinton bumper stickers or yard signs to be seen, not in my precinct, and yet... all that blue. It's funny.

Per the PA BullyPenn News: "A candidate can’t actually file for a vote recount under Pennsylvania law. Instead, they would have to challenge a county board regarding its vote computations, and a state appeals judge would have to rule that a statewide recount is necessary. That means the Clinton campaign would either have to request a recount by petition in every voting district or present a prima facie case showing voter fraud. (Prima facie is a lower threshold than beyond a reasonable doubt. A judge would just have to rule that fraud probably occurred in order to call for a recount.)"

Here is the full article: PA RECOUNT

I don't think they can prove voter fraud, but they might have a state appeals judge already agreeing to a recount. Wouldn't put it past the Stein/Clinton Cartel. Also if Stein was so interested in voter integrity then why not ask for recount in NH, or VA, or NM?

It’s a majority of the electors present, not 270. Furthermore, every state has there own rules for selecting electors if they can’t be chosen by the vote within the state. In Florida, for example, the State Legislature picks the electors if the votes can’t be counted in time.

There is absolutely no reason to even start to believe that a candidate that received only 30,000 votes, 1.1% of the take, and won not one county when the winner received over 1,400,000 votes, and the second place finisher took 17 counties, can possibly win the election in that state. So, if they want to recount the state, then the only votes that are required to be counted to determine if Stein won, would be hers and Trumps unless they find when counting that some of someone else’s were Stein’s. Hilary didn’t ask for a recount, so her votes don’t need counting if they are for her. So. the only votes of hers that mean anything are the ones that should have been counted for Stein as Hilary has no horse in this race.

Thanks but that article doesn’t go into detail about deadlines. Sounds to me like a favorable judge could act, Minday, on an emergency recall petition.
