And I know they won't let me down, cause they're already standing on shaky ground.
As democrats begin to push away from the soup of Russian collusion, the cauldron in which they have been cooking up their scheme has boiled over, but this time it might just scorch them. The "coincidental" meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch on the tarmac in Phoenix always stunk to high heaven, but the skunk just might have been sighted.
Although Lynch claimed the meeting was a social one, no one in their right mind bought it.
Our conversation was a great deal about his grandchildren. It was primarily social and about our travels. We talked about former Attorney General Janet Reno, for example, whom we both know, but there was no discussion of any matter pending for the department or any matter pending for any other body. There was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of the State Department emails, by way of example. That would be in no small part because Lynch promised Clinton that the investigation into the Clinton email scandal wouldn't "go too far."
We also learned that Lynch basically squashed Comey's investigation when she ordered him to refer to the Clinton investigation as a "matter" and not an "investigation."
That gave Comey what Comey described as a "queasy feeling."
Comey said her request gave him a queasy feeling and also concerned him because that language tracked with how the [Clinton] campaign was talking about how the FBI was doing its work.
Comey said this gave him the "impression" Lynch was trying to match the wording of the FBI with the Clinton campaign.
I dont know whether it was intentional or not, Comey added. But it gave the impression that the attorney general was trying to align how we describe our work with the way it was being described in a political campaign.
It was inaccurate. We had an investigation open for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, we had an investigation open at the time. That gave me a queasy feeling, he continued.
It is fairly obvious that Lynch was sending Comey a message, and Comey complied. In fact, Comey even ignored the law in doing so. While on the one hand Comey was able to divine Donald Trump's mind but was unable to divine Hillary Clinton's mind, finding no intent to mishandle classified information. Intent is not a necessary factor in the mishandling of top secret information and ignorance is no defense.
The disclosure of Lynch's directive to Comey also made Sen. Dianne Feinstein queasy an she called for an investigation into the matter:
Comey testified on Thursday that Lynch instructed him, without explanation, to call the investigation into Hillary Clintons use a private email server as secretary of a state a matter instead of an investigation. Lynchs request, Comey said, made him feel queasy as it appeared she was looking to align the way we talked about our work with the way the political campaign was describing the same activity, which was inaccurate.
I would have a queasy feeling, too, Feinstein admitted in a Sunday morning interview on CNN. I think we need to know more about that and theres only way to know about it, and thats to have the judiciary committee take a look at that.
That peaceful queasy feeling has now settled into Adam Schiff (D-CA):
WASHINGTON Borrowing a line from ousted FBI director James Comey, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee said Sunday hes queasy about the possibility of former Attorney General Loretta Lynch meddling in the FBIs investigation of Hillary Clintons emails.Appropriately, the Senate Judiciary Committee, seeking to remedy all that queasiness, has opened a probe into the Lynch-Clinton chicanery:It does give me a queasy feeling as well, said Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) on CNNs State of the Union.
Schiff was siding with Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) who also aid she felt queasy over the thought Clintons email investigation may have become politicized by Lynch.

“Queasy feeling” is like ‘made me sick.’
She'll have to go on a crash diet to fit into her off-the-rack Walmart suit....
and get shoes that fit her size 10 feet..... squeezed into her 1950's size 8 shoes.
Remember that they all thought Hillary was as good as elected when Bill stupidly met Loretta on the tarmac.
Never dawned on them they’d have to answer for this outrageous obstruction of justice.
I wonder if Lynch will just plead the 5th, and that will be the extent of it? Speaking of the 5th, I wonder if Lois Lerner will ever be called on the carpet for her criminal activities?
Comey said this gave him the "impression" Lynch was trying to match the wording of the FBI with the Clinton campaign.
I dont know whether it was intentional or not, Comey added. But it gave the impression that AG Lynch was trying to align how the FBI describes its work with the way it was being described by the Clintons in a political campaign.
It was inaccurate. The FBI had (not a matter), it had an investigation open at the time of the Lynch request. That gave me a queasy feeling, Comey continued.
Well, Now! The Rats can all breathe easier now. Every one of them have announced how Lynch’s directives made them feel queasy. So now they can claim their personal sinlessness and go back to business as usual. Clinton and Lynch need fear no further liability. They’re all immunized.
It is troubling that they seem to get away w/ murder.
"Troubling" is not the word I would use. "Infuriating" gives a better description.
She looks like one of those blow-up Frosty the Snowman figures!!
Wow! Talk about cankles!
Frankly, I don’t believe any of it——sounds like agit-prop from a PR machine hired for Lynch——trying to exonerate her now that she’s in the crosshairs of the law.
What I’d like to know is if Sessions can reopen the investigation into Clinton’s email server.
Comey forgave her, but he was just head of the investigation.
As far as I know, no decision was made by the Attorney General at the time, Loretta Lynch.
So why can’t Sessions pick up where Comey left off and say, “I don’t agree with your conclusion that she’s “not guilty” and I’ve decided to indict or renew the investigation?”
That’s Hillary right?
Where did “matter” come from? I know it’s used in the South.
