2) Does this particular exercise of that freedom harm anyone? For example, throwing gays off a building would do harm. “Not baking a cake” won’t do harm unless that makes it difficult to get a cake.
To be sure that freedom of religion does not come back to bite us, we must declare Islam to NOT be a religion. Because the "free exercise thereof" includes forced conversions and killing Infidels (as well as queers).
