I don't know, you tell me. You implied that the solar eclipse may be a sign of the end of times then I merely asked you why didn't the total eclipse back in 1979 signal the same thing. Like I said, maybe Jesus changed His mind back then? If not back then then why now?
Of course there’s some level of eclipse every few months. The big deal about this one is that it was a total eclipse over well populated parts of America. There’s 3 more next year ), and 3 the year after that (including a total over South America), and 2 more in 2020 (SA gets another total). The world averages 2.5 eclipses a year and a total eclipse about every 1.5 years. As signs and portents go, it ain’t all that.
It reminds us that “God’s in His heaven and all’s right with the world.”. A very humbling event.

The Torah reading on that day (January 15, 2009) laid out the very process, when Moses was told of the plan, and when he was given the demonstration of his staff being converted into a nachash (serpent).
Here is the verse that tells of the date:

Then the count begins from the Exodus to the giving of the Law on the 6th of Sivan, seven weeks to the 50th day. Next year, 5778, marks 3330 years since this took place in Hebrew year 2448.
The Miracle occurred five days ahead of the Inauguration of Desolation, which is an example of placing the "cure before the disease", the remedy before the illness, the rectification ahead of the problem, the problem that is that enemy serpent Obama.
Note what is in the text of Numbers 33.3:

in the first month, on the fifteenth day:
OBAMA, every other letter. Being that it is every other letter, there is another word/phrase that is woven in between Obama: NACHASH, she'nachash: the one who is the serpent.

And also there is a reason that it was on the Feast of Epiphany when Congress (Establishment central) certified the election of a man named TRUMP. Not at all. God loves the world and sent Jesus to save the world not to condemn it (John 3:16-17). I never said anything about God condemning the world.
I also never said anything about basing your faith on such spurious things as speculation of the meaning of signs and wonders.

As a post script do you have any idea how many threads have been posted over the past 20 years that have predicted the End of Times is at hand? Do you know how many "Christian" charlatans have predicted the end of the world within days but yet not one of them would give me their Cadillac when I asked for it?
The bible distinguishes between "the times and seasons" and "the day and the hour" of the end times. The last age before Christ's return probably started around 1900. Even Peter the apostle said, "the end of all things is at hand" (1 Peter 4:7), 2000 years ago.
And I hope you're not one of the scoffers Peter also talks about.

Well, a little confused, but pretty close.
We are not in the end times BECAUSE of the women’s movement. There are too many signs of the end times to mention here, not the least of which is the first time in world history that man has the capability of literally blowing up the earth and that capability is gradually falling into the hands of crazy Islamic jihadists who think there are 70 virgins waiting for them if they do just that.
The “times and seasons” of the end times we are in are marked by an increase of God’s light and Satan’s darkness. I’m suggesting that one way of seeing the eclipse may be a picture of the women’s movement being a contributor to that darkness.
