There are thousands of others working with the same suicidal goals and attitudes.

There are at least dozens to hundreds of other VERY WEALTHY idiots quite ready and willing to step into his shoes if he disappears . . . which I do pray he disappears from the public stage and media as soon as God cares to make it so.
