Bill Clinton is/was a world class game player, like him or not, he has most people figured out. He may have found it beyond frustrating to see Hilary make dumb unforced error after dumb unforced error because she was too proud and stubborn to take his advice.

Bill has above average political instincts, at best.
He’s the Larry Holmes of presidents. Faced a bunch of over the hill guys and no real contenders. Never got 50 either, just like Larry.
Ross Perot split “no new taxes” Bush vote and Bill won with 42%. Then ran against Bob Dole who walked in the ring like he was facing Tyson and still, Bill got less than 50%.
He was no Reagan and lizard head was no Atwater.

If Hillary would not act on Bill’ advice on matters where he is considered to be one of the best, how would Hillary, if she had been elected, act with her advisors and experts. We as a nation dodged a 50 caliber bullet.
I don’t think it was because of the “tour”, per se, but, because of the book, itself. And, without the book, there would have been no tour.
And the term should be “embarrassed”, more so than “heartsick”.
Hillary has a total “tin ear” for politics. She’s Bill’s “clinger-oner”, and could have never reached her currently level of infamy without his coattails.
I thought it may be very difficult to live with Hillary these days. That explains it.
