This guy made one big mistake... he didnt have a GoPro camera mounted on his head to catch the full ride... you know, gotta please the internet audience...
Bang Ding Ow!
Wei Tu Hi!
The fall didn’t kill him...
I’m annoyed at the Shadenfreude type of comments. Sure what he did was highly risky. What we don’t know is why he did it. It might be for fame. But it might be to make a few bucks for his family. A man is dead, and knew he was about to die. It’s terrible.
45 ft. may occasionally be survivable but certainly no one should ever expect to survive such a fall. Even a 15 ft. fall (or less) can easily be fatal if one hits the head.
The guy was unbelievably stupid and reckless. He was only able to do TWO pull-ups!!!! No one should even contemplate putting themselves in such a situation if they are not at least of extraordinary upper body strength... even then, you are “taking your life in your hands” (and fingers), quite literally. The guy was a dunce.
It was not merely “risky” it was incalculably stooopid. The guy was not capable of doing more than two pull-ups (as proved in the video), ergo, it was literally insane to make his very life depend upon doing more than two pull-ups.
I don’t care why he did it. There is calculated risk and then there is utter idiocy. He falls in the latter category.
He survived the fall.
It was hitting the ground that was the problem .
It is interesting he chose that spot. He had to have known there was a terrace below and probably actually thought if something went wrong he might survive a landing on it. Guess not. Maybe a video will surface to show if he died on impact or laid there in agony. I doesn’t say how long it was before the cleaning lady found him.
I thought he said “Hey I can see my house from here”
I do not think they would endanger Lynda Carter.
A stunt person is expendable... : )
Watch the longer video. It was the right hand grip that concerned him and eventually cost him.
