Well, as I see it, the gay rapist ought to be commended for not killing them, which he would have been justified in doing.
That was actually mercy, unless the robbers wanted to be dead from their actions.

I think the robbers should give their rapist a reward for not justifiably killing them.
No, the castle doctrine affects what people do in the moment ... not drawn out over days after.
It wasn’t self defense, it wasn’t resisting robbers, it was sadism.
Once he had them tied up he should have called the cops and it would be over.
For what he did after that, he deserves a harsher punishment than the laws likely allow.
That isn’t saying the robbers don’t deserve to the lawfully punished after a trial before their peers... they just didn’t deserve to be ****ed in the can over and over by some giant asshole.
Then he should have just killed them.
I’m fully on board with killing criminals who break into homes. That they have life is a blessing.

These were neither minors in the care of a parent nor were they innocents.
The more you talk, the more you make what this gay rapist did seem super-reasonable.
Is there some reason you aren’t seeing how serious a crime this guy committed by raping these guys over and over during the course of a week till their cries for help were so loud that the neighbors heard?
(or as might be the case overcame their fear of this guy enough to finally call the cops)
This isn’t like a drunk killing someone in an accident.
It isn’t like a child getting a spanking by someone in authority over them.
Nothing I’ve said let’s the robbers off.
If he’d have killed them while THEY were committing a crime it would have been over and done with.
But the freak didn’t do that.
What this guy did was far more serious than robbery.
And for the record I’m fine with the death penalty for crimes like the one he committed.
I would probably have shot the burglars. So I leave it to them to decide which is worse ... breaking into a violent faggot’s house and getting buggered for five days, or breaking into an honest citizen’s house and getting ventilated with gunfire.
He only hurt criminals he caught in the act. He did something to them he did with others, seemingly, at least with some, voluntarily. He did something to them we don’t stop once they go to prison.
And you want the death penalty for the victim?
So, if you were caught and raped, and if you could stab the man when his back was to you and go free, you would want the death penalty for you, correct?
