The propertys lot is a generous 4,912 square feet, according to PropertyShark. It is on the larger size, said Thongpanich, adding the majority of lot sizes in the area are 4,000 square feet. More than a tenth of an acre. I'll put in a second building for the polo ponies.

Bet the rest of the houses in neighborhood are + $1.3-1.6M.
Who cares what it looks like if you are tearing everything out anyway as long as guts are good. Only concern I would have if I cared to do it is structural damage from leaking roof.

Taxes listed on Realtor.com as $801 per month (and thats probably at the old assessment....paying $828,000 would surely bring it up)!
